It comes in a wooden box and looks luxurious. When I tried it with cold sake, the aroma was mild, but when I drank it, I felt a slight umami, and it quickly became sharp. Next time I'll try it at room temperature🎵.

Araubari Shiri Daiginjo Nama Sake A sense of gas when opened. The sharpness is more impressive than the sweetness of the rice. Personally, I find it easier to drink when the temperature is a little cooler or a little calmer.

Next up is another Tedorigawa (lol) Sparkling Dots! The cloth dots on the label are cute! This is also delicious and drunk every year😄It has been every winter, but this time in the summer! This time, however, it is summer time! The aroma is slightly banana and ricey. It is mild. It has more umami than the Night & Dance, and the sweetness and sake-like character is not at all alcohol-intensive! It is a modern Yamahai that is to be feared. Very beautiful and delicious sake😄Will repeat next year!

Hot weather continues I want to drink a refreshing drink 🍶. I chose Tetorigawa. Melon-like aroma Clear and melon-like Alcoholic and tangy Sourness and bitterness remained. Perfect for hot days!
