Junmai Sake niji
As the name suggests, it tastes rainbow and miraculous. It's not a strange miracle. It's a nice miracle. It tastes a little sweet to me.
I love it 99 points.
9.6
The initial aroma is fresh citrus and lactic acidity.
In the mouth, soft sweetness spreads first, then citrus-like acidity, which disappears nicely in the finish. The aftertaste is bitter like citrus peel.
The acidity is not too strong, and the hints have a melon-like flavor.
When it rolls around in the mouth, there is a grain-like bitterness in the back.
It is good but expensive. Well, it is quite likeable and tasty.

Opened a bottle of this one that I had purchased a while ago 🤩.
Fizzy and tangy on the tongue🤔.
Great flavor that doesn't lose its acidity 👍
We had it with clams, shrimp and snapper aquapazza 😋.
Aqua Pazza ✘.
Yoshidagura u was delicious, so I bought it.
It has a faint aroma of green apple, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gaseous sensation.
It is very cool and refreshing, and it goes into your mouth and disappears quickly.
However, it is not thin, and there is some thickness and a sense of rice.
It is thicker than Yoshida Kurau, but it is easy to drink without any snacks.
It is a refreshing sake that is more like a soft drink than a rice wine. It is dangerous to drink more and more of it (laugh).
Tedorigawa Arabashiri🍶.
My favorite sake ♡♡♡.
It's easy to drink, so I drink it with gusto.
Not too hot, not too sweet, just right.
Goes great with nabe and crab 🤤.
I bought it at a liquor store I wandered into on my weekend run🏃.
Since I'm on meal duty today, I decided to make the sake and the snacks to my liking.
However, I decided to go with my wife's favorite brand, Tetorigawa.
I like it too, and it is consistently good!
The aroma is fresh and fruity.
The mouthfeel is fizzy with a slight tongue tingle.
The inside is umami.
The aftertaste is sharp from bitterness.
It went well with skipjack carpaccio, tuna sashimi, steamed clams with sake, salted squid, and stewed fugu (blowfish).
It went well with all of them.
Nigolympics in the home are underway!
And so, the second bottle is Tetorigawa Junmai Nigori Sake Shira Kotobuki!
My personal impression so far
Kangiku Hakuginoumi has a juicy sweetness lingering on the palate
Eikagiku Snow Crescent had a sour taste
was more assertive than the other two.
What about Tetorigawa?
A sweet nigori sake aroma at first sip.
The sweetness spreads smoothly on the palate as you drink.
The sweetness passes down the throat with a certain lingering aftertaste.
Tetorigawa is the most stable in terms of balance.
In other words, it is a nigorizake that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Well, the Nigolympics will still be held!
Tedorigawa Tedorigawa neo. 2024 Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Omachi
Rating 4.4
Rice: Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, Polishing ratio: 58%, Alcohol content: 13% (unpasteurized)
Omachi" has a complex flavor unique to the original variety, mellow and with a long aftertaste. It is brewed with mineral-rich 100-year-old water from Mt.
The naturally occurring slight effervescence and low alcohol content give it a clean and refreshing taste. Although the impression is light for an Omachi, the long aftertaste and full flavor can be fully appreciated.
It has a sweet, umami, and mildly amino acidic taste that converges slightly.
Masaaki Sapporo
I drank as much as I could after the earthquake, but it's been a while since I had a drink. I've been drinking as much as I can after the quake 🍶.
Are you okay with the earthquake this time ⁉️
