Mild aroma of muscat. Fire-aged, unfiltered sake. The sweetness is moderate, but the acidity is pleasant and the aftertaste is clean. It has a delicious aftertaste that is typical of Tedorigawa!
I forgot to post it and am posting it now💦.
We had a big catch of fish so I bought some Tedorigawa 🍶 It was delicious and went well with the sashimi 😋.
We drank a bottle of Tetorigawa Nama-zake before GW, and now we have a bottle that has been fire-aged.
A nice sound when the bottle is opened. When I poured it into a glass, I found fine bubbles on the inside of the glass. Even though it is fire-aged, it still has the same feeling as nama sake.
When you take a sip, you will feel fresh gas on the tip of your tongue, and the ginjo aroma will softly pass through your nose. There is almost no acidity, and the sweetness and flavor of the vinegared iso type spreads in the mouth, and it finishes cleanly and crisply.
While thinking about this comment, one can't help but drink this sake smoothly. The lightness of the mouthfeel is probably due to the low alcohol content (14%).
It can be drunk on its own, or paired with plump sashimi from the Gandburi area.
It is a delicious sake that makes good use of the sake rice "Hyakumangoku No Shiro".
Today we have a slightly sparkling sake made with Hyakumangoku No Shiro from Yoshida Kurau in Tedorigawa, Ishikawa Prefecture❗️
The aroma has a subtle ginjo aroma❗️As you sip, you feel a mild concentration on your tongue, followed by a tangy, raw sake texture❗️Then a slight bitterness, followed by the fruity aroma of ginjo on the nose❗️❗️A great sake for a mealtime drink❤️
The bitterness is noticeable on the palate... The aftertaste is clean and refreshing! However, the more you drink, the more the bitterness becomes more noticeable...
My birthday. Purchased by my wife at Imadeya. Thank you!
It is hot in Tokyo today.
Fresh on the palate. It tastes like a soft sweet rum.
The middle taste is soft and delicious.
The aftertaste is sour and slightly bitter, and it disappears in a pushy way.
It quenches the thirst. Summer sake is very good.
By the way, the whitish color of the bottle is due to overcooling.
Originally, the bottle is clear and light blue.
Good morning, Kozhikozy 😃.
Happy Birthday 🎂🎉!
Nice sense, Mrs. Kozhikozy 👍This is a perfect bottle for a hot day 🤗I have the impression that Tetori's dry sake is easy to drink and delicious 😙.
Good evening, Kojikoji 🌙
Happy birthday 🎂🎉㊗️🎈
I thought I was too far ahead of the season a while ago, but now that it's getting hotter, I want to go gulp down some summer sake 😆.
I'm curious about this one! Looks delicious 🥳.
Today...we opened a bottle of Tedorigawa no Niji🌈 from Ishikawa Prefecture🍶!
When you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma of apples from the bottle: ☺️
It is even more pronounced when poured into a glass✨.
A quick sip... 🥰.
It has a good balance of the umami with just the right amount of tanginess, while still having the zesty taste that is often associated with Junmai's low milled rice 👌.
The aftertaste is a little bit bland, but the overall balance is good, so it's easy to drink before, during, or after a meal...any time of the day. 🙂↕️
Above all...for those who are daily drinkers, the cospa💴 is also important❗️Imadoki...there are very few tasty sake that can be had for 2,000 yen 😭
I'm not sure if it's the fact that I'm a fan of the "Junmai" style of sake or the fact that I'm a fan of the "Junmai" style of sake, but I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the "Junmai" style of sake.
I personally prefer Junmai ✨.
Day 2: 🗒️
I thought the Junmai might add more bitterness, but it doesn't increase that much and is easy to drink 👌.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but not that strong, just right 😁.
Hello, Koi Seagull 😃!
Tetori's rainbow 🌈 is beautifully labeled like a painting 🖼️ and is delicious to drink 😋 and even more cosy! What more can one ask for 🤗
Junmai sake is delicious!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😆.
It's a high-cost pure sake 🌾 without being too assertive: 🙂↕️
But... unfortunately, there are almost no stores that carry it, and it will be sometime before we can come across it next 😭.
