At Little Sake Square in Kinshicho. The all-you-can-eat sashimi and all-you-can-drink sake for 4,000 yen. Sashimi of Nishin and Hokke were rare. Matching sake with the variety of sashimi and the quality of the fat is the most enjoyable part of the meal!

This Kuribayashi was specially ordered by our favorite liquor store. The Kuribayashi Brewery is highly acclaimed these days, but I had never had much of it, so I had this one that the liquor store recommended. I had a strong impression that it was sweet, but the balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity was excellent, and the quality of sake seems to have improved a lot compared to a decade ago. Well, I think the improvement of sake quality can be said for all sake.

Krillin? I'm glad I didn't say it out loud at the liquor store. So it's Ritsurin? 🤔 I've never seen this brand before, so I asked the clerk if it was modern leaning before I got it... ♪ I thought I would take a day off because I was entertaining the next day, but I had to work late so I opened the bottle to recharge for tomorrow. The aroma is slightly fruity. It has more alu than I expected, but the melon-like sweetness and sourness that swells up from the melon-like sweetness and flavor makes it sharp and crisp. The aftertaste is not dull, so it is easy to drink and you can't stop drinking. But I'll hold out for 2 cups for tomorrow. 🙄🙄🙄 It was my first time and I found another delicious bottle 😆👍

I ordered it thinking it would be creamy because it said "cream label" and it wasn't at all, but it was delicious. The taste seems to be very different right after opening the package and after letting it rest. I drank it after a few days of storage and it was very tasty.
