At SAKATOMO, an excellent sake tavern in Esaka, Osaka. It is made from 100% Misato Nishiki, Akita's best rice for sake brewing. There are two types of Kuririn, and they are divided according to where the Misato Nishiki is grown. It has a sweet and sour taste with a firm sweetness but a refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is dry and sharp. It goes great with minced chicken wrapped in shiso and grilled with soy sauce flavor. Date of production: May 2023
