Drinking iron on the way home from a business trip today
First, I started with a Taman boast that was sold at a convenience store in Tokyo.
A delicious sweet sake.
The sweetness lingers in the mouth forever.
It is a little peculiar, but I like this kind of unique taste.
Recently, there are more and more long seats, and more and more people are afraid to be seen and drink!
Still, the sound and vibration of the rail going through the joints is relaxing 😊.
I thought it was a delicious sake with a mildly fruity taste, the sweetness of the rice was present, and just the right amount of acidity and bitterness made it easy to drink.
Junmai Junmai Unfiltered from Tama Pride. Purchased at the Kitchen Court in Eifukucho. This place has a rather large selection of Tokyo sake. Cheap and tasty sake. A sweet Junmai.
Tokyo Sake's Taman pride summer sake.
I was told that it is recommended to be served on the rocks,
It is recommended to drink it on the rocks with ice,
It is exactly like Tamagawa's Ice Breaker.
It is refreshing and light when served over ice.
It is refreshing and light with ice, yet has a sharp aftertaste.
It is exactly the same as Ice Breaker, which makes me want to drink it in the summer.
I felt like I could drink it because I hadn't had an Ice Breaker this summer.
It was delicious.
I finally met Tokyo sake. I had high expectations. It was bad. It was very bad. I couldn't stand the stench of old-fashioned sake. I gave up after the third sip. But I couldn't throw it away. I was in trouble.
Fussa City.
It is a junmai sake-like sake with the taste of rice. It is not too sweet and has a nice aftertaste.
Regularly served with Ishikawa Brewery's beer Tama no Megumi.
I learned about the "Tokyo Sake Breweries" series while researching Tokyo sake, Kaisen, at work. One of them is Tama Pride Junmai Unfiltered. It is the most modern sake in the series. It is sweet, fruity, and delicious.
A joint project by Tokyo's local sake breweries Kaisen, Sawanoi, and Tamajiman, this sake is recommended to be drunk with soda. This time, I purchased Tama Boast by Ishikawa Sake Brewery from their online store.
It is recommended to be drunk with soda, but I tried it without soda. It is a rich, strong honjozo sake with a sweet flavor that seems to heat up nicely.
When I tried it with soda, as recommended, the sake was softly fragrant and slightly sweet, making it a perfect summer drink. I drank Sagaminada Sake with Soda a while ago and was impressed by its aroma, but this one is very easy to drink with a softened taste and alcohol content, yet still has a nice aroma.
I would love to try Sawanoi and Kaisen as well.
But... I wish the liquor stores in Tokyo would compete more with Tokyo's sake... it's so good...
