Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁.
It is Taman Jochin Hana Ginjo from Tokyo.
Its gorgeous aroma tickles your nostrils and makes you feel like you are in a spring flower garden. In the mouth, the fruity, cherry-like sweet and sour flavor spreads, giving a very pleasant impression. On the other hand, a sharp bitterness accentuates the taste, and a slightly dry and sharp aftertaste tightens the whole. The balance between aroma and taste is exquisite, and it is a bottle that you will never get tired of drinking.

It's titled "Sarasara Nigori" (meaning "smooth nigori" in Japanese), but
The bottom of the bottle is muddy and cloudy, with a "doburoku" sensation (lol).
It still has a sharp, shrieky feeling when you drink it.
Milky sweetness fills the mouth.
The taste is fresh.
It does not expand so much in spite of its richness,
The final taste is dry and tightened by the acidity.
It's delicious.
4/5 stars for my liking.
Ishikawa Shuzo Thanksgiving Day limited edition fragrance! Mellow Junmai Ginjo. Refreshing apple aroma. A sweet and sour juicy junmai ginjo with a fruity flavor. The finish is tangy and astringent with a very well-balanced flavor. We are glad we came again this month!
Tokyo's sake breweries series in stylish 180 mm bottle cans. Purchased at Tokyo Station during a business trip to Tokyo.
It's not "tamanjiman" but "tama-jiman" 😁.
It is characterized by its mellow flavor, gentle sweetness, and smooth, easy drinking texture 😋.
It comes with a sake cup, so it's easy to have a cup on the bullet train on the way home from a business trip!
I was going to finish it lightly,
I wanted to drink a little more, so I bought this as a souvenir 🍶.
It had a sweetness to it that made it easy to drink 😳.
The next day, I had to work until the morning, but after that I went to Ikebukuro Tobu 🚃.
I bought a bottle of Shinkame sake, Miyoshikiku, Shichu, and other brands that I couldn't find near me 👍.
It was a fulfilling sake activity... a business trip 🤣.
Taman's pride: Junmai Nama Nama Sake. It has an aged aroma like tanned leather. It has an acidity and a powerful flavor that is typical of a mature sake. It has a rich sweetness like muscat mixed with the richness of ripe pineapple, and a burning alcohol taste and astringency in the mouth. The texture on the tongue is smooth rather than smooth...Shiro Yamaoka would call it sensual.
Taman's Junmai Ginjo Omachi Nama Sake. The aroma is rich and thick, like almonds. The taste is also exquisite, with a rich nutty sweetness and a smooth texture. The sake is not quite as Tamanboast, but the once-in-a-lifetime experience that only sake can provide is very impressive.
Fluffy white made with Taman's signature apple acid yeast. It has a refreshing aroma like a mixture of apple and lactic acid beverage. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste spreads and is lightly sucked into the back of your throat. The nigori taste is also pleasantly bitter. Although the label and concept of this sake give the impression of being a change of pace, the sake has a strong sake-like flavor and is very enjoyable.
This is a bottle that is so smooth on the palate that one should be careful not to drink too much.
