Junmai Daiginjo from Bizen Omachi😄
I tasted it at the Hankyu Brewery Festival and bought it because it was so delicious 😊.
Slightly sweet on the palate with a slight acidity, from which you can feel the soft fullness of the rice and enjoy the slow lingering taste 🍶.
Delicious 😋.
A bottle at the Hankyu Brewery Festival
100% Chiba Prefecture sake brewing rice So no Mai

Good aroma 👌

Takeoka Special Junmai So no Mai
Sold out and only available for tasting. Very fruity, sweet and juicy. The rich umami is good.
The price is too good to be true, so it is understandable that it is sold out.
Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku
This one was tasted at room temperature, not chilled. I've heard that if you chill it too much, it becomes too crisp and blurred in flavor.
The acidity is refreshing and not too dry.
Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
The nose is sweet from the first whiff. I prefer Sou-no-Mai or Omachi, which are more sweet and tasty.
Takeoka Junmai Daiginjo Omachi
Fruity, rich, sweet and delicious. I like this one, but it's not my favorite type. This is my favorite type, but it is a bit on the pricey side.
I hear there are no places to buy it in the Kansai region. It is only available at product exhibitions, product centers, and antenna stores.
I had to split the post between Seisen and Takeoka because I couldn't fit it in one.
Takeoka Special Junmai So no Mai
Tasted only because it was sold out. It is sweet and juicy!
It's cheaper than Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki and tastes better, so it sells well.
Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku
A clear and mature version of Takeoka.
Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
I think So-no-Mai is more satisfying than Takeoka because it is more refreshing and gorgeous, but also because of the price 🤔.
Takeoka Junmai Daiginjo Omachi
Lightly gassy, juicy, sweet and delicious😻That's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for.
Takeoka Daiginjo
Rice polishing ratio 40% It has a noble taste, but it doesn't leave a good impression.
It is not usually available in the Kansai region, so I sincerely hope that an antenna store will be opened or a special distributor will be created 🥺.
KITTE has not yet filled its tenant, please!
I visit Chiba Prefecture several times a year, but this is the first time I have seen this.
It is fresh & juicy while fire-roasted, and comes down your throat with a gulp.
The finish is crisp and bitter with a nice finish.
This is good - I liked it. ‼️
Purchased at Michi no Eki Hoda Elementary School on the way back from a shooting star viewing trip to Futtsu. It was my first Chiba sake. I thought it was refreshing when it first entered my mouth, but was surprised to find a sweetness that exceeded my imagination.
