It has a strawberry aroma and a light strawberry taste.
The aftertaste is salty.
It has a strong alcohol taste and is a robust sake.
Purchased at the Chiba Prefecture Antenna Shop, which was open for a limited time at Hankyu Umeda Station.
I had drunk Seisen from the same brewery in the past and was not fond of hiyaoroshi, but I was impressed with it.
The first aroma was already gorgeous. It is sweet and a little tangy on the palate. The second half is a little spicy. It was more delicious than I had imagined.
Overall, I'd say it's fruity and dry.
Dry and tasty
Sweet aroma, soft attack. Taste: Dry and tasty, with a lingering aftertaste. It is easy to drink and has a dry aftertaste.
There are still sashimi to be served, but the photo shows shabu-shabu with kinme and abalone, which we will be having soon. Be careful not to drink too much.
My brother, who lives in Chiba, brought this as a souvenir from back home. It is brewed with "So-no-Mai" sake rice produced in Chiba, and its unique unfiltered, effervescent taste and mild mouthfeel made me want to drink more and more. Easy to drink! It is easy to drink 🍶😄.
