Purchased at Nishina Food. This is a local sake that we found in Kojima, the town of jeans. It has a slightly dry taste with a certain elegance that goes well with the iidako (octopus) from Shimotsui, as it is a sake brewery that makes sake that goes well with the seafood of the Seto Inland Sea.

Fruity, rice milk kinda sweet. It’s like moscato without the bubbles.
Zebra version unsure what the Japanese was.
Consistent energy with the bottling, color of black and white logo, and the taste.
Purchased at a liquor store.
Cold sake.
The aroma is wine-like and gradually cheese-like with a mellow aroma. It is quite strong and I personally do not like it...
The sweetness and umami are on full display, but the astringent taste is gradually developing. It also has a slight sharpness and finishes with a sense of coolness.
Recommended for intermediate level sake drinkers.

Aroma is mild.
Sweet, but not too sweet or heavy.
The aftertaste is complex and sake-like.

Now this Juhachimori is made from Asahi rice from Okayama prefecture.
The aroma is fresh and fruity. It was a delicious sake with a gentle but clean aftertaste 😋.
