Tonight I pulled out my motsu nabe, Keitonago. It has a mild taste with not much spiciness (maybe a spicy aftertaste). However, I would like to pair the spiciness with sashimi. Next time I will try it with sashimi.

It is a junmai-shu that can be drunk as easily as water, and the more you drink it, the more you can feel the flavor of rice.
The more you drink it, the more you can feel the delicious taste of rice.
This is really limited edition for restaurants or trusted liquor shops. This is full-bodied and less fruity, though this reminds you of the traditional sake. Although the fruity and sweet sake is a trend now, this is really unique.
However, you should prepare side dishes for this bottle.
