This is a limited edition autumn sake that is released once a year by Koshino Kagetora. In addition to being aged for six months, it is characterized by a slightly higher alcohol content and a mellow taste. It is said to be a sake that goes well with grilled fish, shellfish, and other seafood.
Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku and Koishibuki, rice polishing ratio 65%, yeast is Association No. 9
