Thanks for all your hard work this year!
It's really just a regular Keitora, but I don't remember it being this easy to drink...?
It's like water.
It's like water...it's gone so easily... 🤗

Hachioji Hanamachi Japanese Sake Tour - 1st cup/total of 6 cups.
Hi Sake_Maru, I participated in the Hachioji Hanamachi Sake Tour for the first time. It was a bit of a disappointment, but it was fun to go to some of the stores I normally wouldn't go to.
Thank you for your comment, Nochi-san. It was a good event because we could enjoy a little drinking set in various genres (Hachioji sake brewery - seafood - yakiniku - ramen, etc.)!
It is a light and dry sake typical of Echigo-Tsumari, with a refreshing taste of rice that lingers on the palate.
Since it is a pure sake, it has a high alcohol content of 17-18%.
The aroma is subdued yet slightly sweet, and the mouthfeel is light and watery with a hint of rice sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing and does not linger.
The sake is truly light and dry, with no hint of alcohol, and the sake strength of +12 is not at all noticeable.
Alcohol 15-16%.
Sake meter degree +12
Low acidity
