しんしんSYOut of the 8 kinds, I thought this one and this one were good, and the two I removed. Let's have the other two! I didn't get a chance to drink this famous special junmai sake very often! I remember this one was also refreshing, but I forgot all about the taste as I was chatting with everyone 😆. extensive knowledge Production standard: Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Rice: Gohyakumangoku/Yukinosei Rice polishing ratio: 52 Sake Degree: +3 Acidity: 1.6 Amino acidity: 1.2 Alcohol level: 15-16

ペンギンブルーHegi-Soba for lunch on a holiday. My friend ordered a set of Niigata and everyday sake. It's nice to have such a set once in a while. Koshino Kagetora Super Dry Shimehari-zuru Tsuki Kirinzan Traditional dry Koshinokanbai Normal sake Hakkaisan Normal Sake Kubota Senju Hakkaizan Normal Sake and Kubota Senju. Koshino Kagetora is my stable favorite. It is deliciously spicy. The clear and dry Kirinzan is also stable. Surprisingly, Koshino-Kanbai was also good because of its rice flavor. Kongoan Okachimachi
