Koshino Kagetora, Torashichiro. The first taste is a little dry, and the fruity or umami flavor comes later. It is rather refreshing. I like to drink it with grilled Hokke. I like Keitora because it doesn't interfere with the food.

Keitora, Torashichiro, Junmai Ginjo. It is dry, clean, and balanced like a junmai ginjo, not too dry, but still fruity and beautifully finished. It is a perfect match for sashimi. I like Keitora to begin with, so I enjoyed it!

About 25 years ago. My sister gave it to me as a gift It was the first time I thought sake was good! Toranashiro is also delicious 😆. As the label says Light and dry! It also has a nice aroma! I can drink it lightly👍.

I bought some sake that I was interested in, so I thought I'd drink it for dinner, but I didn't expect to have Italian for dinner... Why not.... At any rate, I drank cheap table wine and finished my meal, but I was even more curious... I thought I'd take a bath and forget about it, but I was curious, so I opened the bottle. I'll take it... Even with this near-full stomach, it's delicious. Gentle on the palate, not too sweet, not too spicy, just right.... It's just right for chibi-chibi after dinner. If it's not good, even my 10 year old son can drink it. It was a gentle touch.
