I worked part-time at a local sake shop during my senior year of college. I was allowed to drink it for the first time at a local sake shop where I worked as a part-timer during my senior year of college! And then, after some time passed 30 years later, I drank it for the first time in a long time. I was nostalgic, and I was deeply moved by the taste, This is delicious!

Kudokidokyu is one of my favorite brands. Sake Mirai is one of my favorite brands. When I looked it up, I found out that it is so.... It is a great learning experience for me. It is very sweet in the mouth. I'll drink it if it's like this, won't I?

It is not so much spicy as it is super-hot. It is refreshing and clean. I think it is the best sake for a mealtime drink. I drank it with motsu nabe, so maybe it was too much? After all, sake is delicious, isn't it?
