A classic honjozo sake. When heated, it is more delicious and hokkori (warmed) with more rounded acidity and umami. ☺️ I prefer Kamisen for drinking cold sake.

Buy it at Gallery Miyakaya Shoten, a direct sales outlet.
I stopped by a liquor store on my way home from a drinking session and saw a limited edition, so I bought it on the spur of the moment.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, but it gives a full impression. Slightly dry and slightly light.
It certainly went well with the white bean paste that was recommended.
I received this from a friend in Hiroshima.
This sake was given to former U.S. President Donald Trump from the destroyer "Kaga" as a commemorative gift for his embarkation.
It was bottled in 2023.11.
It was served cold.
The aroma is of ripe fruit. The taste is soft and sweet with a lingering acidity that comes out slowly.
It must have been aged in the cellar.
It was even more delicious when paired with bonito tataki and yakitori.
I felt it was even more delicious when I paired it with bonito tataki and yakitori.
Thanks to my friend who brought this rare sake.
Thank you for the treat. ⛴️⚓️
Hello Luteltemi 😃.
A fine bottle of Navy warrant! It would be more valuable if Mr. Luteltemi drank it than Mr. Trump 😁The accompanying entrée looks good too 😋.
Is there a cup of sake in the air? I've heard that it seems to be,
Then let's take advantage of it,
I bought a cup of sake to steam sake and drank the rest.
Well, well, well,
It was cold today, so I decided to heat it up.
The first saké had a delicious umami taste and I thought it was a sweet saké, but later it had a spicy taste,
It's good.
It was the best sake for a meal, and it was delicious,
I think I'm going to be addicted to it.
Today's beer,
Today's beer was Sapporo's Gold Star.
It's not like Sapporo's beer, but it has a punchy taste,
It was delicious and tasted like a beer.
Good evening, hikarudayo! 500🍺 for sake is a good mouthful 😁I would be a knockout 😅Cup sake, Kikusui Funaguchi is so good, I stocked up on Kikusui Alpinist at Bic Camera today✨.
This sake is less habitual than the Tokusen we purchased together, and can be drunk like water. It is not as sweet as many of the soft-water brews from Hiroshima, nor as dry as Kamerei or Baoken, but just right.
Very good as a food sake, considering the price.

For Hiroshima residents born in the Showa era, Chifuku has some memory correction from TV commercials.
Very tasty: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When you drink it, it has a cute sweetness that is close to apple and white grape, and the rice flavor gently spreads in the mouth, giving it a strong sake taste. The gasiness, moderate acidity, and clean aftertaste make the sweetness not clinging to the palate, and the 8% alcohol content makes it easy to drink. It is easy to recommend to those who do not like sake.
Because it is a sweet and gorgeous sake, it does not go well with food, including Japanese food. As recommended by the manufacturer, it is best served chilled as a toast or aperitif.
One thing that bothered me was the plastic stopper. The plastic stopper was rather hard and difficult to open.
Purchased at Gallery Miyakaya Shoten, a direct sales outlet of Senpuku.
Light, dry, and spicy.
It was served at the G7 Summit in Hiroshima as a light meal beverage sake, but it is reasonably priced at around 400 yen per 300ml.
Although it had a slight alcohol smell, it had a refreshing aftertaste, just like a cooking sake.
The Akita katayaki I had with it was also delicious!
Alcohol content: 14.5
Sake strength: +5
Acidity: 1.4

Unfiltered unpasteurized sake with a sweet and sour aroma like ripe fruit, sourness followed by a sweet taste
Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Senpuku Jinryoku Namikoshi Junmai
It is not just a hot sake, but as the name suggests, it should be drank very hot!
Room temperature to hot, it's just plain hot.
Of course, it's delicious enough.
But as soon as you turn it up to super hot, the clarity of the sake's flavor increases! It doesn't falter.
It's interesting and tasty.
The hot pot and the very hot sake will make you feel warm and fuzzy.
