I stopped by a liquor store on my way home from a drinking session and saw a limited edition, so I bought it on the spur of the moment.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, but it gives a full impression. Slightly dry and slightly light.
It certainly went well with the white bean paste that was recommended.

I received this from a friend in Hiroshima.
This sake was given to former U.S. President Donald Trump from the destroyer "Kaga" as a commemorative gift for his embarkation.
It was bottled in 2023.11.
It was served cold.
The aroma is of ripe fruit. The taste is soft and sweet with a lingering acidity that comes out slowly.
It must have been aged in the cellar.
It was even more delicious when paired with bonito tataki and yakitori.
I felt it was even more delicious when I paired it with bonito tataki and yakitori.

This sake is less habitual than the Tokusen we purchased together, and can be drunk like water. It is not as sweet as many of the soft-water brews from Hiroshima, nor as dry as Kamerei or Baoken, but just right.

When you drink it, it has a cute sweetness that is close to apple and white grape, and the rice flavor gently spreads in the mouth, giving it a strong sake taste. The gasiness, moderate acidity, and clean aftertaste make the sweetness not clinging to the palate, and the 8% alcohol content makes it easy to drink. It is easy to recommend to those who do not like sake.
Because it is a sweet and gorgeous sake, it does not go well with food, including Japanese food. As recommended by the manufacturer, it is best served chilled as a toast or aperitif.
One thing that bothered me was the plastic stopper. The plastic stopper was rather hard and difficult to open.
