This is a low-alcohol (12%) nigori sake made exclusively for summer. Nigori sake has an image of winter, but this one has a sweet and delicious taste (sake degree is -9) with a light aftertaste that makes it easy to drink! We enjoyed it with ice. ☺️
It seems to go well with spicy or strong flavored food.
