Hiya and dry, with a soft sweetness that increases with warming.
It has a nice sharpness and goes well with food!
Last Friday was the Hyena meeting ️.
Three hyenas were coming, so I had them bring beer and a lot of tuna sashimi👍.
Nabe is a heavy favorite these days 😋️ We prepared a nabe for this day as well and started the ministry️.
First of all, we started with Kamikigen‼️.
It took me longer than usual to open a bottle of beer because I was drinking too much 🤣.
The second bottle was a sweet repeat purchase of Oze Yuki Hiyoroshi ‼️As I mentioned in my review last time, this year's is very good 😋.
Of course I drank the whole 2 bottles 😋.
I️was surprised that the dessert sake ran out faster 🤣.

I think the number will increase during the year-end and New Year holidays.
But I don't want to get drunk on the delicious new sake 😅.

We don't do that much at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year 😅and even if we do, it's either a year-end party or a New Year's party👍Maybe they'll drink the new sake too 😆.
They're both fire-brewed and don't have a coarser flavor, so I'm not sure if that's too much to ask.
Yamadaho had a bit more depth of sweetness, but these two bottles are refreshing and sharp.
They are easy to pair with food.
It is not Kamikimoto, but Kamikamegen.
This name is chosen because it is made from Kame-no-o (rice)!
Very fruity and flavorful, yet easy to drink. I tend to drink too much on a nice day like today.
I want to drink it while enjoying it a little at a time.
Every time I wonder, at what stage do you judge the taste of sake?
The first sip? In the middle of drinking? Or after finishing the drink? The taste changes each time, and even more so depending on the snacks.
In the case of this sake, my initial intention was to write, "It is rather sweet with a lingering taste, but it also has the heat characteristic of high alcohol content, and the aftertaste is like that of aloe or apricot. I guess the salmon bento I had with it had a lot to do with it.
But as I drank it, it turned out to be a normal dry sake.
Well, it tastes good, so I guess it's OK 🍶😋🍶.

Hello❗️It's really difficult. The taste changes from day to day and from snack to snack. It's interesting to say the least...but I'm stuck in a bottomless swamp of sake 😱.
