I had it lukewarm according to the recommendation. Aroma of rice, gentle and light. Drinking it in a flat cup, it was refreshing✨I felt the taste was too strong with a regular boar cup. ☺️
Sardine, kohada, whale, tuna toro and pickled fish 😋I know we're in a prefecture without a sea, but sashimi is good too😆.

I wanted to go to a nearby baseball-style sushi restaurant. Although it is a cup sake, the 50% rice polishing ratio makes for a clean drinking experience. It has a dry taste with just the right amount of sweetness to complement a meal, making it a hit with my taste buds. However, it is quite difficult to pour it from a single cup into an inokuchi!

The fruity aroma (a little sharp) and the modest sweetness of the rice flavor spread with a sense of freshness, and the soft acidity and bitterness quickly fade away, leaving behind a mild umami and aroma.

It went well with fried chicken, fried oysters, fried shrimp, and radish and carrot salad.
