The sweetness of the rice stands out behind the richness of the rice!
It's been a few days since I opened the package, but instead of being fresh, it's more sweet ❤.
I imagine it's sweet with a fresh aroma and a little bit of a schwirl in the mouth (it says it smells 🍈 like a ripe melon).
This is delicious.
The aftertaste changes to a clean dry taste, sweet and tasty, yet easy to drink!
It makes me happy!
I wanted to go to a nearby baseball-style sushi restaurant. Although it is a cup sake, the 50% rice polishing ratio makes for a clean drinking experience. It has a dry taste with just the right amount of sweetness to complement a meal, making it a hit with my taste buds. However, it is quite difficult to pour it from a single cup into an inokuchi!

Slightly aromatic nose of grapes and green melon.
The fruity aroma (a little sharp) and the modest sweetness of the rice flavor spread with a sense of freshness, and the soft acidity and bitterness quickly fade away, leaving behind a mild umami and aroma.
An elegant and gorgeous sake.
It went well with fried chicken, fried oysters, fried shrimp, and radish and carrot salad.
A famous sake made from Kame-no-o with different characters from Kamikigen's. A dry sake with a sharp taste.
A dry sake with a nice sharpness. Slightly green apple flavor 🍏.
The color is clear.
In the mouth, there is a faint ginjo aroma and a subtle rice flavor.
As the name suggests, it is very dry, with a very light flavor and excellent sharpness. Among the special junmai and junmai ginjos we have had in the past, this is by far the most light and dry.
