My first sake from Ibaraki.
It has a lactic acid-like sweetness and a good gasiness. The taste is rich but smooth.
It has a modern taste that I could not imagine from the label.
Delicious. I like it.

This is a souvenir for myself from a recent trip to Ibaraki.
I was very confused when purchasing the sake because I was not very impressed with the sake from Ibaraki.
On the first day of opening the bottle, the impression was more guttural than I expected, but by the third day, the corners had been removed and it became easier to drink.
It has a mild ginjo aroma, but at first it is pungent and acidic. In the middle of the bottle, there is a slight sweetness. Then, at the end of the day, the spiciness and bitterness come again. Although it has become easier to drink, it has a certain impact. I don't dislike it, but it is a sake for different tastes.

As soon as the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous apple-like aroma.
It has a profound sweetness, acidity, and astringency.
It has a wide range of flavors and body, but the astringency is tight and sharp, so you can drink it one after the other.
I think it is a representative sake of Ibaraki.
Pair it with sansai tempura and spring will soon be here!
