It is a sake made in September, but it might be a little twisted. It was a bit twisted, and when I tried heating it up since it was getting colder, the flavor I didn't like became less pronounced.
I used to heat sake in front of a pot with a thermometer in hand, but since the arrival of "Nonbei Yokocho" a few years ago, I can easily warm sake 👍.
