Purchased at Ogawa Sake Shop in front of Hamaotsu Station. Isn't it a great location for railroad enthusiasts to see a four-car train running on the road?
The sake shop specializes in Shiga sake. I bought a bottle of Suzukabuto draft? They had it, but it was in a bottle...
They seemed to be busy, so I just picked out a few items quickly and left 😅.
I bought Ninja Aizan because it looked rare.

Beautiful taste as it is a daiginjo. Gentle and elegant sweetness. Sweetness and glamour? I can feel Aizan in the colorfulness, but the aroma has a slight odor that bothers me.
Hello 😃
I've never seen this brand before, but more than that, I'm really attracted to this label 🤣.
I'll see if I can find a store that carries it somewhere in Tohoku 🎶.
Good morning etorannzyu 🌄.
The label is so cool! Actually, the first time I bought Ninja, I bought a packet 😄I heard it's popular overseas too because of the name 🗺️.
Good morning, Haruei Chichi 😃.
I'd like to see what it's all about Aiyaman🤣It's an interesting line as it goes over mountain passes and into the metro 🚋.
Good evening.
I see that you are dealing in juzukabuto.
I saw on the sns that you also have a TEREIKAWA and a KINKAME.
I've never been to this place, but I'm sure I can find a reason to go there...
Shinjou-san, hello ☀.
I've seen it listed on the Teirogawa and Kinkame SNS, but it was posted a while ago, so I'm not sure if it's still available. If you want 🤔Teirogawa, Nishimoto Sake Shop in Kyoto might be a good choice. They have a lot of Shiga sake here too.
Aromatic at first, with an indescribable bitter aftertaste... Maybe not my favorite.
Indescribable bitterness... Maybe not my favorite.
Cajun almonds → sip, the bitterness in the aftertaste melts away, leaving a richer finish.
Tonight we are having #Ninja Jun Gin unfiltered sake from Seko Shuzo in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It has a sweet flavor, like raisins soaked in wine, with a soft acidity and no bitterness, so it flows easily down the throat. When heated, the sweetness is amplified and shows a different side.
It's just like a ninja!
I think this is a hidden gem of a sake.
This Ninja is produced by Seko Shuzo in Koka City, the home of the Koga Ninja in Shiga Prefecture, and has a mellow, umami flavor with a strong acidity. It has a mellow and delicious taste with a strong acidity, followed by a bitterness and a strong spiciness. The label is nice.

🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️
The first sip was swoopy and I couldn't keep up with the flavors, but from the next I could feel the strong, dark flavor. I also enjoyed how it settled down over time.
At Mirai Nippon Sake Shop
I was curious about the label, but
but it was hard to get my hands on it.
I was able to try a glass for 550 yen.
No repeats
It is lightly drinkable, but has a slightly aggressive aroma.
It's not my favorite kind of sake (good old sake)
It's a good sake for a meal.
