Tonight we are having #Ninja Jun Gin unfiltered sake from Seko Shuzo in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It has a sweet flavor, like raisins soaked in wine, with a soft acidity and no bitterness, so it flows easily down the throat. When heated, the sweetness is amplified and shows a different side.
It's just like a ninja!
I think this is a hidden gem of a sake.
This Ninja is produced by Seko Shuzo in Koka City, the home of the Koga Ninja in Shiga Prefecture, and has a mellow, umami flavor with a strong acidity. It has a mellow and delicious taste with a strong acidity, followed by a bitterness and a strong spiciness. The label is nice.
