■Seko Sake Brewery / "Ninja" Shiga Prefecture
I drank "Ninja" at the Shiga Sake Festival, so I tasted it sparingly.
I remember Tamaei was delicious, so I tasted it to confirm that.
Ninja+plus Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-shu.
Made from Tamakae. The aroma was good and the impression was the same as the last time.
Daikouga Junmai Mild Nigori
It has a lactic acid taste and is more refreshing and dry than expected.
Ninja I'Amour Junmai Daiginjo
This wine also has a gentle sweetness that is typical of Aizan.
Aizan was even better than the one we had in Otsu.

Was it a draft sake? I think it was quite fizzy.
There is not much information on Daikouga even if you google it.
Ninja I'Amour Junmai Daiginjo
Sake made with Aizan. Last year, when I drank a bottle of this sake, I felt off-flavor and it was subtle, but this time it was delicious with an elegant sweetness.

This one was the sweetest and tastiest. I should have checked the specs properly.... I've had an orikarami of this in the past, and it was delicious!

Since 1869, the brewery has focused on local rice and pure sake.
Toshiyuki Ueno, the fifth-generation brewer, has taken over the Seko Sake Brewery from his wife Atsuko's family.
We were told to try the junmai ginjo and compared different rice varieties. We also tasted a few others.
Junmai Ginjyo Ginbuki Unfinished Nama Sake] Overall, it has a gentle sweetness and umami, with a bit of sourness.
Ninja PLUS+ Tamae Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-shu
The aroma is sweet, but when I drank it, I found the clear and refreshing sweetness to be delicious and to my liking.
Ninja neo Junmai Ginjyo Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Nama-Genshu
It was the richest, but the acidity was a bit strong.

The taste is mild and easy to drink, although it is a bit aged.
Ninja Junmai Daiginjo l'amour
Surprisingly sour and mildly full-bodied.
I wanted to drink "NEO Junmai Ginjyo Nama Gohyakumangoku," which won the Platinum Award at the 2019 KURA MASTER, but unfortunately they didn't bring it.
The flavor is concentrated and sweet. The acidity is moderately restrained and the weight, which is typical of sake, is not unpleasant, but the sake has a high level of complexity.
The aftertaste is also good.
Is it because it's Las 1? I was attracted by the discount price of 1,000 yen and the name, so I bought it.
It is unfiltered, so I took it cold.
