The photo shows the sake in the middle bottle.
It smells like a Hineka, but when you drink it, it is very tasty with a mellow, umami taste that embraces the peculiar Hineka in a well-balanced way. I like it. I like it.
Purchased at a local liquor store.
It has a high alcohol content of 18% and is gutsy but also juicy.
It is powerful and goes well with yakiniku (grilled meat).
Seko Sake Brewery is located in Koka City, the home of the ninja. This sake is made with locally grown rice.
It had a robust flavor and sharpness.
We enjoyed it very much.
The label is also quite cool.
Good morning, Pon-chan.
It is fun to choose sake by paying attention to the label. I had a sake from Seko Shuzo for the first time and it was delicious. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😀 .
Please try to drink it.
This is the third bottle in the Kouga series. Of course, this is my first brand 🥷.
The aroma is dry and minty sweet. There is a hint of alcohol, but it is not so strong that it bothers me.
The mouthfeel starts with a light sweetness, and is full-bodied and crisp. The time to taste is very short, which makes it easy to drink with a meal.
It is a bit of a bad idea to drink it with 8:2 soda, which has recently become my favorite drink. It is a refreshing drink and goes well with strong flavored western food.

The aroma is subdued in terms of fruitiness, but has a calm and delicious flavor. In the mouth, yellow tropical fruits of cooked pineapple and yellow peach. Like pineapple in a sweet-and-sour pork or yellow peach on a tart. The flavor is deep, gentle, and transparent.
Pair with Genghis Khan.
Thanks for the treat.
