Seko Sake Brewery is located in Koka City, the home of the ninja. This sake is made with locally grown rice.

This is the third bottle in the Kouga series. Of course, this is my first brand 🥷.
The aroma is dry and minty sweet. There is a hint of alcohol, but it is not so strong that it bothers me.
The mouthfeel starts with a light sweetness, and is full-bodied and crisp. The time to taste is very short, which makes it easy to drink with a meal.
It is a bit of a bad idea to drink it with 8:2 soda, which has recently become my favorite drink. It is a refreshing drink and goes well with strong flavored western food.

Beautiful taste as it is a daiginjo. Gentle and elegant sweetness. Sweetness and glamour? I can feel Aizan in the colorfulness, but the aroma has a slight odor that bothers me.

I've seen it listed on the Teirogawa and Kinkame SNS, but it was posted a while ago, so I'm not sure if it's still available. If you want 🤔Teirogawa, Nishimoto Sake Shop in Kyoto might be a good choice. They have a lot of Shiga sake here too.
