September 15, Part 2
After enjoying Kanazawa Oden🍢, we will buy some souvenirs and leave Kanazawa...
Now I want to come back in the cold 🥶 season of winter 😊.
Take the limited express Shirasagi No. 10 to Maibara❗️
I held out for only one cup of oden, so naturally I had a cup of sake 😁.
Here it is❗️
Notoji Special Junmai Sake
The brewery is located in Tsubata-cho, at the base of the Noto Peninsula, and is said to be the only brewery in Japan that has been engaged in integrated production from rice cultivation to sake making since its establishment.
Isn't that the originator and pioneer of Domaine⁉️?
That's amazing ❗️.
Tsurugi Yamahai Junmai Tsurugi Yamahai Junmai with just one cup of cold sake
The brewery is located in Tsurugi, Hakusan City.
First of all, the aroma is not fruity, but rather the flavor and acidity of the company's own long-lived rice.
In the mouth, sweetness and umami, with a little bitterness and sourness coming a little later ❗️.
Somewhat reminiscent of vanilla, it has a richness to it❗️.
Sake level is +5, which is not an extreme value, but it's firm, spicy and sharp ❗️.
In general, I would say it has a deep taste.
Wow, Ishikawa sake, so deep 👍.
I'm tempted to make another Hokuriku pilgrimage soon 😁.
Hi etorannzyu😃.
I've been sober for a while now and my body feels heavier today than it has in the past 😅.
I don't know what kind of constitution I have... 😁.
(Maido-san.
Kanazawa Oden is good!
Even a relatively minor cup is good if it is Ishikawa sake.
I thought it smells like sake, but you went through Shin-Osaka on your way back?
Drinking iron is good!
I definitely want to do it!
The mouthfeel is rather light, but the aftertaste is firm and crisp. It also has the gorgeousness of a daiginjo and is delicious. It has been about three days since I opened it, but I felt that the flavor was almost intact.
Notoji Cup Tokujun
60% 15 degrees Chosei Rice
We bought it at the shop of the station on the way back from Kanazawa.
I opened the bottle on the Shinkansen. The first sip. It tastes like a cup sake. The color is yellowish, and it is a little sweet and sticky. The aftertaste ends up being spicy. There is no brewing alcohol in it, but it is very alcoholic.
Chosei rice is grown in the company's own rice paddies. There is a type of rice called "Nagaikimai" in Chiba, but maybe it's different from that?
When you're on the Shinkansen, this kind of sake seems to be a good choice. On the other hand, it is nonsense to drink Shinsei in Shinkansen.

The dry-sweet meter on the label is a maxed-out Junmai cup|``Omega) Chila.
It's quite colorful, but not so robust and light.
There is a little acidity and the flavor comes out well when it is heated, but when it is cold, it has a slightly ripe, light sweetness and a bit of astringency.
It's versatile, and it's better to have a hit than a single one.
From cold to hot, puffing and old man's breath escapes me, so I'd like to enjoy it comfortably in the hustle and bustle of a public izakaya!
It has a dry-sweet meter on the label, but it's on a dry max ٩ ( >ω< ) و
It's easy to understand, spicy and light, so you'll hear a cooing roar when you drink it.
The goodness is lightly sweet like a cup, but it cuts cleanly without sugar or anything else!
It's still light even when it's warmed up, and I want to go for it in a big way!
This was an ideal character to look for in a cheap cup and this was quite a find!
Please make sure you have this kind of thing on the menu at the popular izakaya where the only thing on the menu is draft beer, sake, and sour.
I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, but it's hard to order "sake".
