Amber-colored Daiginjo ✨with a rich rice flavor😊It's a traditional sake 😚👍It has a robust flavor, but the aftertaste disappears quickly😇. GW in Kanazawa! At the Kanazawa Sake Brewery in Kanazawa Station, we came across a dream machine that allowed us to sample sake for 100 or 300 yen (P.S.) Naturally, we took the challenge. The description said it was dry, but I prefer raw sake, so I chose this one. I tasted it thinking it might be a fruity type, but it was a clear dry sake that would go well with sashimi and other dishes. I appreciate free tastings, but I feel somewhat guilty about it, so this kind of reasonably priced tasting is very helpful and encourages me to try different kinds. I tasted three other types of sake here, and all of them seemed dry to me. I have an image that Ishikawa's sake is basically dry.

If you are not used to drinking sake, it may be a little difficult to drink. There is no hint of fruity taste, so it can be used as a midday drink, but it is better to drink it with something to eat.

When I visited Unazuki Onsen and Kanazawa the other day, I tasted it and it was good, so I bought it. It's a taste I've never experienced before, with a refreshing mouthfeel and a long lingering aftertaste on the tongue. I happened to meet a sake brewer at a liquor store in Kanazawa station, and he recommended it to me, but this is a hit. Today, I drank it with sashimi. It is a wonderful taste.

September 15, Part 2 After enjoying Kanazawa Oden🍢, we will buy some souvenirs and leave Kanazawa... Now I want to come back in the cold 🥶 season of winter 😊. Take the limited express Shirasagi No. 10 to Maibara❗️ I held out for only one cup of oden, so naturally I had a cup of sake 😁. Here it is❗️ Notoji Special Junmai Sake The brewery is located in Tsubata-cho, at the base of the Noto Peninsula, and is said to be the only brewery in Japan that has been engaged in integrated production from rice cultivation to sake making since its establishment. Isn't that the originator and pioneer of Domaine⁉️? That's amazing ❗️. Tsurugi Yamahai Junmai Tsurugi Yamahai Junmai with just one cup of cold sake The brewery is located in Tsurugi, Hakusan City. First of all, the aroma is not fruity, but rather the flavor and acidity of the company's own long-lived rice. In the mouth, sweetness and umami, with a little bitterness and sourness coming a little later ❗️. Somewhat reminiscent of vanilla, it has a richness to it❗️. Sake level is +5, which is not an extreme value, but it's firm, spicy and sharp ❗️. In general, I would say it has a deep taste. Wow, Ishikawa sake, so deep 👍. I'm tempted to make another Hokuriku pilgrimage soon 😁.

The mouthfeel is rather light, but the aftertaste is firm and crisp. It also has the gorgeousness of a daiginjo and is delicious. It has been about three days since I opened it, but I felt that the flavor was almost intact.

Notoji Cup Tokujun 　60% 15 degrees Chosei Rice We bought it at the shop of the station on the way back from Kanazawa. I opened the bottle on the Shinkansen. The first sip. It tastes like a cup sake. The color is yellowish, and it is a little sweet and sticky. The aftertaste ends up being spicy. There is no brewing alcohol in it, but it is very alcoholic. Chosei rice is grown in the company's own rice paddies. There is a type of rice called "Nagaikimai" in Chiba, but maybe it's different from that? When you're on the Shinkansen, this kind of sake seems to be a good choice. On the other hand, it is nonsense to drink Shinsei in Shinkansen. Rating☆☆ 20201222
