GW in Kanazawa! At the Kanazawa Sake Brewery in Kanazawa Station, we came across a dream machine that allowed us to sample sake for 100 or 300 yen (P.S.) Naturally, we took the challenge. The description said it was dry, but I prefer raw sake, so I chose this one. I tasted it thinking it might be a fruity type, but it was a clear dry sake that would go well with sashimi and other dishes. I appreciate free tastings, but I feel somewhat guilty about it, so this kind of reasonably priced tasting is very helpful and encourages me to try different kinds. I tasted three other types of sake here, and all of them seemed dry to me. I have an image that Ishikawa's sake is basically dry.

It has been a long time since I have posted. This time, I bought some sake as a souvenir for myself when I was out the other day. I went to a liquor store in the station building, and there were so many local sakes lined up that I wanted them all. Since it was this time of year, I made a selection from the refrigerator. The first thing I noticed was the color. It is quite yellow. This is not my favorite type. I thought to myself, "This is not my favorite type of wine," and drank it. The aroma is almost imperceptible. The mouthfeel is slightly thick. At first, there is a slight sweetness, followed by bitterness. The acidity neutralizes the bitterness. The spiciness finishes it all off with a bang. The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees, so it is best to drink it slowly and leisurely. It is the first sake in a long time that is worth drinking.

The amber color is quite strong. The aroma is quite distinctive and robust. The mouthfeel is a bit mild, but the flavor has a habitual taste, so it might be for different people. This is interesting 😚🍶💕. Thank you for the food 😋😋😋😋.

The first sip of the sake had a strong sense of being a pure sake. Since we had chanchanyaki today, I thought I would have a Junmai that would not lose out to the miso, so I was right on target. As I had hoped, the sake mellows out as I eat the well-flavored side dishes, and the flavor increases. I recommend drinking it well chilled. It is a pure sake, so it has a good amount of alcohol.
