It has a yellowish color, sourness and peculiar taste, similar to Tamagawa 🤔.

Kanazawa Jishuzo is a store specializing in local sake located in JR Kanazawa Station.
I took a little trip to Kanazawa station on my way home from work ^ ^.
The Noto set is a set of 3 types for 1,000 yen.
It is a little fruity, but also a little sour.
