Tonight we had #Mantenboshi Jun Gin Hiyaoroshi from Suwaizumi Sake Brewery in Yatsuto-gun, Tottori Prefecture. At first I tried it cold, and it was like a refreshing water with the richness of the rice. When it was warmed up, the richness and sweetness of the rice became more apparent.
I think it would go well with hot tofu, soy sauce flavored nabe, light nabe, or white sashimi😊.
Alcohol 15 degrees
Sake degree ➕5(Probably)
Holy shit, Tottori!
I was happy to buy it, but when I checked the sake level ➕5(๑°ㅁ°๑).
I wonder if I can drink it o(;-_-;)o I'm nervous!
When it is very cold, it has no spicy taste.
It's like sweet water.
It's so good!
This map filling was a great success!
The seaweed salt soft 🍦 from Hachinohe was also delicious.
Good morning, Eririn😃.
I could tell you how delicious the Mitsuboshi ⭐️ is, but I'm curious about the third image❗️
Is it by any chance the reconstructed Kabura-jima Shrine 🐑❓?
Eririn, you're making steady progress filling in the map 😆.
+5 is a bit hesitant when you see it on the web.
I'm always impressed when the food is unexpected and delicious👍.
I'm also interested in the soft ice cream 😆.
Haruei Chichi Konbanha (´´Holy shit!
٩(๑ᵒ̴̷̀ ᗜ ᵒ̴̷̀) و ̑̑ ✧ Correct~ . :*♬
I was too scared of the 🐦fun💣 to go near it💦.
🍦 bought at the souvenir shop🥰
Hi Eririn, good evening😄.
I'm sorry, but I can't find it here in Okinawa and Miyazaki Prefecture, so I popped it on the web.
I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you 💦.
I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you.
Good evening🌆
I just thought of you when I read your review about Hachinohe 🤗
If you're going to climb up to the shrine 🐑, you'll need an umbrella ☂️😁.
Haruei Chichi.
I'm sure you'll be pleased with the quality of the 🐦.
I'm sure you'll be able to find something to suit your needs.
I'm sure you'll like it.
The sake I bought back from Tottori.
Oh... it's a Junmai Ginjo, but it doesn't have a Ginjo aroma...
Aged scent?
Yes, it's actually a sake that's been aged for 3 years.
Aged sake usually has a harsh aroma for me, but
But this one has a gorgeous aroma and a soft taste.
It's an excellent product for beginners of aged sake.
It is said that it is matured for 2 years in the brewery. The price was almost the same as the normal one.
The price was almost the same as the normal one, but the shop owner was wondering "what the ❓".
Mantenboshi is one of the brands that made me a sake lover more than 20 years ago. I only drink it once in a while these days, but we have been friends for a long time.
The current rice used is Tamayakae and Yamadanishiki (not sure if it was the same 10 years ago).
Of course there is a sense of maturity and a unique sweetness, but it is so light that it is hard to believe it is 10 years old, and I think it is one of the easiest old sake to drink.
The mild mouthfeel is still there, but it is slightly spicy.
It's a bit lacking for those of us who prefer a more bitter taste.
The brother at the store said, "If you keep it in a dark place, it will last for a long time after opening the bottle", so I will try to keep it for a while.
So I'll try to grow it for a while, and it will be a long relationship.
Yellowish. Goodish. I feel like it taste of the bark of an oak tree, Mixed with the mist of a San Francisco fog. If I were a goldfish, I’d drink it again. 5/5 stars. Hope I win powerball tonight.
Junmai Ginjo Mantenboshi

Rice: Yamadanishiki (25%), Tamaei (75%)
Bungo: 50
Degree of alcohol: 15-16

Yamabuki in color, fragrant and mellow.
It is an umami ginjo with plenty of full-bodied flavor drawn out by the soft water of Suwaizumi.
It goes well with egg dishes, shellfish, dishes with delicious soup stock, and other dishes with a robust flavor. The mutual flavors blend together to create a wonderful harmony.

This is an old sake that has been aged for 3 years. It is completely old sake from the aroma. It has an image like shochu or awamori. It tastes dry and refreshing. It tastes like a western Japanese sake. We don't like to drink it cold, so we will try to drink it warm...
We drank it cold and hot.
Chilled was okay.
This sake is best served hot! The aroma is as full as its name! (Maybe we didn't heat it up enough, but it has a slightly twisted aroma. (I guess I didn't heat it up enough, or it smelled a bit twisted, but that's to be expected from an aged sake.
