Junmai Ginjo Mantenboshi ~~~~~~~~ Rice: Yamadanishiki (25%), Tamaei (75%) Bungo: 50 Degree of alcohol: 15-16 720ml ~~~~~~~~ Yamabuki in color, fragrant and mellow. It is an umami ginjo with plenty of full-bodied flavor drawn out by the soft water of Suwaizumi. It goes well with egg dishes, shellfish, dishes with delicious soup stock, and other dishes with a robust flavor.
