From the jacket, I thought it would be a light, dry, smooth and elegant type 🤔. When I drank it, I found it to be medium dry with a solid richness and flavor... 😋 I felt like we suddenly became friends🎶. Sauteed peppers with salted kelp (salted kelp flavor), turban shells in a jar, goes well with a variety of Japanese food😻 It's also a great gift 👍✨.

At the tasting. It's clean, clear and beautiful. Not bad, but I'll hold off. There was a tasting of the raw Izono, but they didn't have it in stock, so I didn't drink it. I'm interested in the raw version.

I usually don't drink that much 🍷 and 🍶 a little vacation. I only drink Nouveau 🍷 at a small wine specialty shop owned by the owner, who has experience as the best sommelier in Japan every year. (I told him that I actually like Sake and he said that he only drinks Obuse Sogape and one other sake brewery for everyday drinking...I'm curious...wait a minute...he came from the back and brought me this! I'm sorry, I don't know this brewery...but they have hiyaoroshi and yamahai. So he shared his favorite hiyaoroshi with me! It's easy to drink, has a nice mouthfeel, and is dry with a nice flavor and sharpness. It's also delicious and reminds me of a white wine! The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.

I bought this product because it was recommended by the store. It did not have much sweetness, and was dry from the beginning to the end. It was dry from the beginning to the aftertaste.

The aroma is unobtrusive, but the core strength when swallowed is very impressive. Since it is dry to begin with, the taste that remains on the tongue is also somewhat dry. It is a good sake that is very easy to drink as a food sake. After a few days, the acidity and bitterness in the supernatant become noticeable, perhaps due to oxidation, so be careful!

Apples and sweet berries on the nose. Very gentle and elegant aromas. Further hints of banana, melon, strawberry, cream, grapes. Very different on the palate. Full of umami, with a nutty profile. Umami is quite drying, but there is a subtle backdrop of sweet fruit flavours to it all. Is this a mineral rich profile? I can't tell. Finish is medium, with a dry feeling and hints of apple. 4.25/5

Isano Special Junmai This is a type of flavor that I haven't had in a long time. Zero acidity, rice flavor and sweetness. It is a little thin.
