Amber in color, with a hint of koji aroma and flavor, it is a sticky, quite sweet sake.
It may be a little different from the image of sweet sake with a sake degree of -24.

We first enjoyed this sake cold (room temperature).
I thought it was a very robust and full-bodied sake.
Tomorrow, I will try heating it up.

Amber-colored dry sake. We first had it with warmed sake. It had acidity and a sharp taste.
On another day, we had it chilled and found it to be more sharp and full-flavored.
