From the jacket, I thought it would be a light, dry, smooth and elegant type 🤔. When I drank it, I found it to be medium dry with a solid richness and flavor... 😋 I felt like we suddenly became friends🎶. Sauteed peppers with salted kelp (salted kelp flavor), turban shells in a jar, goes well with a variety of Japanese food😻 It's also a great gift 👍✨.

At the tasting. It's clean, clear and beautiful. Not bad, but I'll hold off. There was a tasting of the raw Izono, but they didn't have it in stock, so I didn't drink it. I'm interested in the raw version.

I usually don't drink that much 🍷 and 🍶 a little vacation. I only drink Nouveau 🍷 at a small wine specialty shop owned by the owner, who has experience as the best sommelier in Japan every year. (I told him that I actually like Sake and he said that he only drinks Obuse Sogape and one other sake brewery for everyday drinking...I'm curious...wait a minute...he came from the back and brought me this! I'm sorry, I don't know this brewery...but they have hiyaoroshi and yamahai. So he shared his favorite hiyaoroshi with me! It's easy to drink, has a nice mouthfeel, and is dry with a nice flavor and sharpness. It's also delicious and reminds me of a white wine! The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.

It was delicious! Gohyakumangoku rice It has a touch of sweetness, but it is elegant and leaves a clean sweetness in the aftertaste. The label says it is delicate and fresh, but I drank a lot of it because it was too fresh. 4.5

At Hachinohe shopping Alcohol 17%. Sake degree +2 Gohyakumangoku On the back label I tried it because it said "fresh and fruity" on the back label. Opened before KOKIHARU SHIZUKU The first day after opening the bottle It has a sweet taste followed by a sharp alcohol taste. A little bit difficult to drink... With grilled mackerel, it has a strong sweetness. Salmon grilled with saikyo gives it a crispy taste. I wonder if it's for a food wine 🤔. When it is heated up, the acidity comes out. Personally, I like it warmed up and cooled down. 3 days after opening the bottle, it was served cold. The sweetness increased and the alcohol taste decreased 😋.

Kab-san konbanha (ˆ꜆) . Correct answer (ˆ꜆ . ̫ . ). ᐟ. ᐟ💮. I was looking for a different Aomori sake, but I couldn't find it 💦. I'm glad I tried different ways to drink it and found my favorite 😊.

The other day, I passed by the store and saw a sign that said Nerima Ward Municipality Campaign was being held 🤗🤗 I couldn't help but think that I could use paypay. I asked him if he was able to use paypay. I asked him if he could use paypay and he said "Yes, you can get 20% off now ❗️" and went inside the store 😎😎. I was looking for some other sake, thinking that this is where they have the Kame no Umi I was looking for. I found a brand name that caught my attention 😝. Just recently, I think I saw a brand with these characters in Mr. Manachy's profile page 🍶. I couldn't help but check it on my phone right then and there 😘 I'm sure of it. I was confused with Junmai Ginjo, but the store owner said that if you want to warm it up, Tokujun is more recommended, so I chose this one❣️. I heard that this brand is called "Iono". The aroma is mild, the mouthfeel is mild, and the sweetness is moderate. I feel a little bit of alcohol 😜. It is not a modern sake. I think Tatomo from the same brewery is easier to drink 🤣.
