We went to GOKURI in Omiya to compare sake. We drank a variety of sake, including Hanahayo, Shinmasa, Kudokibe, Haneya, and Kameizumi CEL24, but this was the No. 1 sake of the day!
It had a deep umami flavor and was just delicious!
Good evening, mika_rshmom!
I see you enjoyed a great lineup of drinks 🎵.
And Keisan Ichidokusui is delicious 😋.
I was really shocked when I drank it for the first time 🤤.
I haven't had it in a while 🤗
On this day, my family and I went to a neighborhood sushi restaurant. I had to ask for it because there was a "Saku". Steady deliciousness. The sushi was delicious.
Bessan, I hope you are enjoying your summer vacation. I also go to this sushi restaurant from time to time. The sushi here is good and the ingredients are good, so it's a good combination with good sake 🆗.
I can't drink because I drive there 😂.
I felt a pshush when I uncorked it, but I didn't feel much fizz.
I could taste the sweetness, but it was refreshing. It went well with a meal and was delicious.
A crop that I have sipped many times. It is so smooth on the palate that you can drink as many glasses as you like and before you know it, you are reaching for it again. It was a limited edition sake sold only at "Sake-no-Ten Morishita" located on the OHARAIMACHI street of Oise-san♪.

Delicious!
It's an unctuous sake, but it's very full-bodied.
The sweetness is moderate (just a hint of sweetness).
Warming it up a bit enhances the sweetness and rice flavor.
Saku IMPRESSION-N Junmai Daiginjo Genshu
Rating 4.6
Rice: Yamadanishiki from Mie Prefecture, Polishing ratio: 50%, Alcohol level: 16
This is a directly pumped version of "Saku Junmai Daiginjo Masanochi Nakadori". It is a very beautiful sake with a sweet, elegant pear-like aroma, crystal clarity, and a gorgeous yeast-derived aroma blended with a natural sweetness, yet coexisting with a prototypical freshness. Very good on the palate. Convergence is fresh and dry.
After some time, the aroma becomes green apple and white peach type.
