Order a special three-type kikizake set of 700 yen (50ml each).

Unfiltered Junmai sake with a strong aroma of sake rice (Gohyakumangoku). On the palate, it's spicy and crisp. It is not persistent but leaves a lingering taste.
It was used as a food drink for the dinner party at the 2016 Ise-Shima Summit.

It's sweeter and more fruity than Jijima. The brewery says it smells like lychee, but on the palate, you also get a hint of muscat and white peach sweetness. This is definitely going to be a hit with the ladies❣️.

純米にも関わらず、雑味がなく、綺麗なお酒。
さらりとした中に、華やかな味が隠され、女子受けしそう。大変気に入りました。

軽やかな飲み口で、どんな食事にも合いそう。
早春という名前ながら、蒸し暑さが出てくる初夏にもさっぱり飲めるお酒。

一口目は、がっつり男酒の印象。
滑らかながら、舌にしっかり残る舌触り。
但し、飲んでいくうちに、豊潤で、柔らかな味わいも出てくる。

辛さがキリッとしまって尖って感じる。しかし飲みやすく、最後まで飲みごたえを感じる。うまいね。

なかなかどうして。名前に似合わず終始辛味が強く、飲み口も重い。最後までずっしりと存在感を感じたお酒。

辛さ一番。グッと辛さが来るが、咽にスッと入って味わいに変わる。

Sake Nouveau 2017。お米の甘みたっぷりのジューシーな飲み口。これも余韻を残さず消えていく。

右のやつ。洋梨のような淡い香りと味わい。やや苦みを感じた後にスッと抜けていく。
