Osaka Prefecture Kitashoji Sake Brewery's "So-no-Sato" booth.
A sake brewery in Izumisano, near Kansai Airport.
Shonosato Daiginjo Hatsurichiri Unfiltered Nama Sake.
Fruity and fresh. It has a hint of sweetness and is elegantly prepared. I was going to buy it because it is delicious, but when I looked at the price, I put it on hold😅.
Yukika Nigori Shinsyu Nama Zakari
I was allowed to drink it, saying that it had been open for a while, but I really couldn't feel much gas. It was easy to drink with a creamy rice taste.
Junmai Daiginjo Kamikamiya
Made with Osaka-grown Yamadanishiki, which is pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free.
It's an obfuscated sake 😅.
Taste is not very impressive...
We must support local Osaka sake❗.
Nemuchi-san, excuse me here too😊.
I tasted Sou no Sato during a sake tour a few years ago and they were pushing grilled green onion miso with sakekasu more than sake 🤣 they offered me so much but I refused so much 🤣.
Good evening, Nemuchi.
I remember that the food was surprisingly very good 😅Nemuchi-san, isn't it strange that the southern part of Osaka is so far away from your house ❓
bouken, this is the warehouse of the baked green onion miso push you were talking about before 😊🤣I sometimes buy sakekasu so I might buy baked green onion miso too🤣🤣this time it was just sake 😆.
Good evening, good evening 🌛I went to Abeno Harukas for probably the second time 😅Osaka sake has good sake too 😊I'm mostly in Kyoto area, but I often go to southern Osaka to fish and go to Kansai airport 🚗I didn't know Kamikamiya 🤣.
I don't know much about locally produced sake, so I tried it out on the road ^ ^.
I didn't know the aroma because it wasn't in a glass.... The impression I got when I drank it was
It was not very thick, but smooth and a little watery. It was not very thick, but smooth and a little watery. But from the middle of the drink, I felt a pretty strong alcohol taste, and a nice aroma escaped from my nostrils, and I enjoyed the aftertaste.... Thank you very much!
This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner).
It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There is a sweetness of rice in the back, and it is refreshing.
Not bad.
After the sweet and juicy sake, we had a glass of So-no-Sato.
Not bad.
I've only been at work for a little while after the new year, but the three-day weekend is wearing on me.
Sake heals me 😄.
It's an old sake that's been laid up for 10 years and aged in a tannery.
I am indebted to the people at Sake-no-Wa, but I got this one through a chance encounter.
When I didn't know much about Japanese sake, a friend of mine took me to a restaurant where we drank a set of sake to compare, and that was one of the things that awakened my interest in sake.
I was hooked on Akirika.
Then a couple next to me gave me a bottle of Sanomorosugi Bodaimoto, Isohajime, and a 40 year old sake that a more experienced person gave to me!
It was a very impressive day for my debut!
Then, about a month later, I was at a sweets shop with another friend and they had a bottle of this, and I was so impressed that I ordered this one!
I let that bottle sit for 10 years, and it was almost as good as the 40 year old one I bought elsewhere!
The aroma is amazing when heated!
Well, I spent New Year's Day with a basic kenrishii because it's too good to drink all of them!
Osechi (a New Year's Day gift) and a set of appetizers I got from a friend!
Evisu and Super Dry that we got with the beer coupons we received!
While some people spend their New Year's holidays at resorts, I spent only 1,180 yen for 2 public baths and a cup of sake!
I'm so grateful for all the help I've received!
This year, I hope to be of service to you at Sake-no-wa!
Shinjou, every time❗️
10 years in the wardrobe⁉️
I can't stand the feeling of maturity 👍️.
I can't stand it and I don't have enough storage space at home...
Every time!
Well, it's better to buy a long-aged one even if you don't have to do this!
I was young at the time, and I did it on the spur of the moment.
I have a closet, but the members of Sake-no-wa have a serious problem with their refrigerators because they buy too much!
Good evening, Shinjo-san.
I didn't know there was such an old wine in So no Go: ......
Is the 40 year old sake self-aged? Or is it a commercial product?
Either way, it looks like it will cost no less than 100,000 yen.
Thank you for your continued support in the new year!
Good evening Mr. Salmon Run ( ・・`ω・´)
I bought it for about 1500 at that time, but it's gone now.
The 40 year old sake was a commercial product called Omiji, which was also cheap.
The standard of old sake is very different. I'm not sure what the standard is.
Thank you very much for your kind attention.
Purchased at Okuhiroya, a liquor store that I am always happy to visit😊.
Junmai sake made from 100% Osaka Yamadanishiki, supervised by Tetsuji of Shampoo Hat 🤔.
Says it's dry but I didn't think it was that hot 🤔.
It's a little fresh, a little dried grape-like sweetness, and the second half gives the impression of being sharp and easy to drink, delicious 😋.
I think the dried grape flavor is a little more pronounced after 3 or 4 days of drinking 🤔.
It's a classic but also fresh, very interesting and tasty drink 😁.
I thought it was unusual to find Osaka-produced Yamadanishiki, and was told that Mr. Tetsuji of Shampoo Hut supervised the production. I thought, "Wow," and tried it, and found it to be honestly delicious. As written on the back of the label, it is dry but has a hint of sweetness and richness, which makes the cup go down a treat.
4/5
It was the sake of the day.
I ordered it and was told that it was supervised by

It was delicious!
It has a fresh aroma typical of new sake, but also has the rich, sweet flavor of the original sake. Just the right balance of drinkability and depth of flavor.
