When you put it in your mouth, the umami is assertive. Perhaps because it is served cold, the aroma is not so strong.
With all due respect, I did not expect Yamada-Nishiki from Osaka to go this far. More than I expected.

The aroma and flavor are typical of Yamahai. Yet, the aftertaste remains softly. Even though it is Yamahai, I feel like I can have another glass.
