I found a quirky bottle in a store, so I bought it following the lead of my perverted spirit. The name of the bottle was "Kinshi Seiten. There are a lot of mysteries about it, including the brand name, but after finding the brewery's website, I found out that it was an active nigori. I drank it without much expectation, What is this? It's so delicious. It is one of the best sake I have had this season. I think the key to its flavor is its slightly sweet and well-balanced taste. The retro-inspired label and the old-fashioned description are also a favorite of me and the military police who live inside me. The taste has not changed at all after 3 days. It's brilliant! I can only say. I don't know when I will be able to find it again, I would like to buy it again 10/10 even through the mail-order.

As the name suggests, it is sweet. Sake by itself is too sweet. So, when I tried it with soda, which the brewer also recommends, I could feel the acidity behind the moderate sweetness, and it became a completely different drink. This is a new kind of sake highball that can be drunk with gusto. I don't want to have a medical checkup tomorrow.

Morinori's Nama Sake. I think the sake here tastes better on draft than on fire-roasted. It has a fairly vigorous effervescence and a strong cloudiness. The aroma is pineapple, sweet aroma of koji and lactic acidity. Refreshing. There is a slight shwash, mainly sweetness and acidity, but there is also a mineral-like backbone. There is a bitter aftertaste. The image is a little different. Minerality in the back end? The bitterness is not good. I thought it was good when I drank it before, but maybe it's the way it's chilled?

This is delicious! I was told that it is good to drink it on the rocks, so I drank it on the rocks too! On the rocks it's very rich and thick! On the rocks, it dilutes it a bit and gives it a nice flavor. ☺️ I like both ❤️

1833 2024/6 Kinshi-Morinori Junmai-Ginjo Nigori Sake Hyogo Yamadanishiki 60 16° 24/5 A+ Kakogawa City, Hyogo 720 1890 I heard it was an active nigori, but was it fire-aged? The fizzy sensation was quite strong, and although I was very careful to open the bottle, I almost blew out even on the second glass. The taste is dry at first, but thanks to the very smooth orization, the sweetness and umami come slowly later. It can be enjoyed not only as a sparkling sake, but also as a deeply flavored nigori sake. Sake-no-wa, I see that I can no longer log in from my PC: ......

Is it active? I've been storing it at 10 degrees Celsius and it blows. Cloudy sake. Aroma of shwash and pineapple. There is also a raw koji taste. Difficult to balance sweetness and bitterness. Maybe it is because of the temperature range. It is cute and has a nuance of a sweetness. Maybe it's because it's been blown off. I'll warm it up for now. Oh, it's pretty good! The sweetness is understated but plays a leading role, and the acidity is reserved in the back. It tastes rather better than fresh out of the fridge! A well-made sake. And it has the wind of today. I like it. I think it's a really good sake.

Umami, acidity, dry sake Exquisitely delicious when lukewarm. Postscript About 4 days after opening the bottle, I drank it at room temperature just to lick it, and it turned smooth and sweet. It turned into a very tasty one.

The only sake brewery in Kakogawa City When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a lot of bubbles and lees on the tip of your tongue. A refreshing, yet fruity and moderately sweet taste. And a firm spiciness. Well-balanced and delicious 😋.

I am surprised that the first check-in in Hyogo is this brand 😲. The aroma is mild. The rice flavor comes out and a rather traditional alcohol taste expands and slowly pulls you up. Although it is an old-fashioned alky sake, it is rather sharp and does not feel old-fashioned.
