At home. I know I'm a little late, but I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. The first bottle I opened this year was Suzukagawa from the same brewery as Saku, which I got at the end of the year. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness in the mouth are very similar. It wasn't as impressive as the Saku, but it was a delicious gem. At the end of the year, I mainly drank the same brands, but now that the year has started, I would like to try more and more new ones that I have never tasted before. This Suzukagawa is the first step, and I hope it will be a good start. I would like to continue my efforts to develop new sake.

Today, my wife told me that she had spent the whole day looking for a Bienetta that will be discontinued next month, but she still couldn't find it 😭💦I drove to dozens of places looking for it, but I really couldn't find it 😂I'll go back tomorrow on my way home from work, looking for it again. I was told I could buy some sake as a reward for my hard work today so I stopped by the big liquor store and got a bottle of Suzukagawa Shiboritate 😁I didn't tell my wife that I didn't want any other sake because honestly I didn't have anything else to buy 🤣We ate sashimi that was on sale for half price at the Aeon 🤣www. Then open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is fruity and the taste is apple and lychee-like, but the quality is almost like a work of art 😆 This is so good!

Junmai Ginjo of Suzukagawa from Saku no Kura. Sweet and sour aroma like calpis. The first sip is sweet and mild, like pear or banana. The aftertaste is sweet, but the acidity is like that of calpis. The next day. The aroma is more banana-like.

I was curious about Suzukagawa. When I drank it, I was impressed! It has a very fragrant banana-like aroma, and the aftertaste is really wonderful! It is a very clear sake with a refreshing taste! The packaging and label on the Isekatagami are stylish and cute, and it is a sake that attracts both the eye and the palate! I highly recommend it!
