After-party of welcome and farewell party ④.
This is the last
I wanted to drink something sweet, so here it is
The dark sweetness of Omachi spreads 🥰.
I was very satisfied with the taste I was looking for 😁.
Omine's Oumachi is still my favorite 😍.
I was curious because it came up a lot at Sake no Wa.
Until now, I have been reading it as [and] in hiragana.
So it's a picture of rice 🌾.
It was delicious!
Omine 3 grains
It's been a while since I've had this, but it goes down smoothly.
The sweetness flows through my mouth and I can drink it in large gulps.
The aroma is peach and melon.
Smooth mouthfeel typical of Omachi, with a rich sweet flavor.
The lees spread milky and it has a wonderful aftertaste!
It is a little different from the calmness typical of autumn sake, but the juicy taste seems to go perfectly with autumn flavors.
Bought without knowing what "hiyaoroshi" is
I love Omine's sake 🫶.
It's sweet and tasty, yet refreshing and you can drink it without hesitation.
No bitterness or pungency.
I definitely want to drink it again ⭐️5
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki
Alcohol content: 14.5
It has a fruity sweet flavor, but it is not cloying and has a nice sharpness.
It is a sake that does not lose out when paired with a strong flavored meal.
It has a slightly carbonated acidity, the sweet and sour sweetness of apricots, and a gentle acidity. The delicious flavor of Omachi also swells. The low alcohol content of 13 degrees makes it easy to drink. The taste is very refreshing and easy to drink.
It was 35 degrees Celsius in Chiba today. I'm already limping, but I'm thankful for this late summer sake to enjoy. 🐈️🐈️
Ohtani awesome too 51 🙌 I'll chivi chivi. 😋
While many autumn sakes are matured and have a great flavor, this one was a bottle of Ohmine, which is a raw ogara-mi sake and Omachi, which can only be imagined as fruity. I couldn't resist the urge to buy it.
After opening the bottle, it had a nice aroma, and when I drank it, the acidity was quite gentle, and the expression "yellow peach" was exactly right. In addition to the mildness of the molasses, the alcohol content is only 13%, which makes it easy to drink too much.
This sake is one of the most delicious sake of the year that I have ever tasted.
