We received "Yukidaruma" as last year.
Compared with "Daimine" and "Yukidaruma", "Yukidaruma" is easier to drink and has more effervescence, and "Yukidaruma" has a stronger umami aftertaste.
Both were delicious. m(_ _ _)m
The winter nigori series has arrived!
The first lineup is from Omine, which I've never had before!
Slightly effervescent, refreshing, with a delicious aftertaste!
The price is sometimes a bit steep, but this may be the arrival point of nigori!
Slightly effervescent pouring sensation.
Overwhelmingly clear throat and slight bubbly comfort rather than a slight summery (sour) sensation.
The 70% yield is buggy.
The low alcohol content of 11% is also good for the body.
What does the 2024 on the back mean? Is it a mislabeling? I don't know.
Thank you very much for the Bodai Hashimoto, a unique sake brewery in Nara, the birthplace of Sake.
The second stage of adult insect collecting, following yesterday's
Stag Beetle, which has been renewed as a bubbly this year!
I brought it from the refrigerator to the table and opened the bottle after a while, but it almost spilled twice!
I realized how great the secondary fermentation in the bottle is (lol).
The taste is more mildly acidic than the Beetle, although it does have a hint of sourness.
Because of the overwhelming fizziness that lingers in the aftertaste, it is very refreshing!
This is an adult's Ramune!
Adult Insect Collecting ♪
This year, I was lucky enough to get two beetles!
I'm going to have a glass of "Beetle" for now!
Findings ∶ [Sour] [I can gobble it down].
It's no wonder it's called "lemon squash for adults" (this "sourness" may have different opinions). (I think this "sourness" may have different opinions. It may be a great hit for those who feel the limited summer flavor, but not for those who like modern fruity flavors...)
My wife and I finished the bottle in less than 2 hours while I was giving a lecture.
Tomorrow, we'll be back with "Stag Beetle" 🖤.
During a vacation from work in Shizuoka, I went to Yamanashi Prefecture for the first time in my life.
After thinking about where to go, the sake drinker's conclusion was to pay for a tasting at a sake brewery that has been in business for 300 years!
Hanamizuka", a limited edition sake that went on sale the same day I visited.
The sake had a roughness that you wouldn't expect from a pure rice sake with 70% polished rice, and a slightly fizzy feeling that you wouldn't expect from a fire-aged sake.
Mildness due to orikarami.
It is delicious.
Thank you very much for your kind attention.
The second in a series of hoarding when returning home
The last shipment from Koueikiku Shuzo 2024
The foam.
The one that is not too sweet and has a slight sourness that is typical of Koeihiku, but you will run out of it before you know it.
