Just hearing that it is made from Yamada-Nishiki rice with a 50% milling ratio is enough to make it delicious.
In fact, the rice is moderately thickened and sweetened, and the slightly low alcohol content makes for a refreshing drink.
This is a quintessential Omine.
2025.132nd.
This is a new sake from Omine. This time it was made with Yamadanishiki, which has a banana-like sweetness that is typical of Omine, but it is not just sweet, it is elegant and beautifully sweet.
The freshness of the new sake made it easy to drink.
I am sure it will be released in the coming winter months, and we can expect great things from it this year as well.
Thank you very much for the sake.
The bottle is about to pop, raising expectations for a gaseous sensation. At the same time, a sweet aroma wafts through the air. This is the kind I like!
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a slight fizzing sensation, and I thought it might be more, but it was just right. I thought it would be more fizzy in the mouth, but it was just right. It was gorgeous, and after taking a sip, I was surprised at how good it tasted! It has no aftertaste and is very refreshing. I am looking forward to drinking it next fall.
I still had some summer liquor sitting in the fridge😅.
No problem since it's still mid-summer in Kumamoto 🥵.
Steady sweet taste and Yamada-san is beautifully sweet 🥰.
This is one that can be guzzled and guzzled, but I managed to restrain myself and let it last 3 days 😋.
My favorite sake rice, "Dewa Tsanzan".
Sake rice that has a strong acidity, so it has a sweetness that spreads in the mouth, followed by a refreshing taste.
Daimine also brews well in this area!
The pleasant bitterness also spices up the aftertaste! The balance of this trinity is wonderful.
Among the Omine series, "Aki-agari, Kasumi (light nigori), and Omachi" is an explosion of flavor.
First half: juicy juice + Oumachi flavor.
Middle: Slightly full-bodied rice, gentle sweetness.
Second half: Not too sharp, fades out pleasantly
