We had it again this year, Summer no Otosore!
It's as delicious as ever and feels like a true summer drink!
It has more citrus than the regular Ohmine, like an adult lemon squash. It tastes similar to Senkou's Kabutomushi, but this one may be sweeter.
I am looking forward to this year's Kabutomushi as well lol.
Summer sake that is gradually coming out, lemony, skunky, or on the rocks. It is a season to look forward to.
