Another exciting ☺️ Friday this week 😁.
Well, today we have our favorite brand, Hiran... but a brand I've never tried before, Fudo🍶.
While reading the warning ⚠️ to open the bottle, in less than 10 seconds of opening the outer bottle and going to the trash... the inner bottle blew up with a nice sound like a Chammery at Christmas 🤣... but I was lucky.
But I'm lucky it didn't spew 😅.
Now, I got myself back on track and smelled the ginjo aroma... sweet aroma like melon🍈🤤.
It's a bit of a dry sake, so I'm going to try the top ✨.
From the first sip, it has a sweetness and a piquancy that is characteristic of nama-shu 🫧 It's not strongly carbonated, but has just the right amount of bubbles 👍.
It has just the right amount of bitterness and a not-too-bitter aftertaste 🥰.
The second cup is stirred 🤩 (see photo 📷 before and after stirring).
The flavor increased dramatically and the drinking experience was much more enjoyable 😍.
Definitely prefer it stirred 🫶.
To be honest, I didn't imagine that Chiba, where I'm from, has good sake...so I didn't expect this 😅 lol
I'm curious to see how it tastes tomorrow ⁉️
Day 2 notes: 🗒️
Oh no...the umami and sweetness are greatly increased 🆙.
It's really tasty😍Although it's a brand called Fudo...it seems to move in a delicious direction when it comes to taste ✨.
February is already over 😌Spring will be here soon, but I'm relieved that I won't be transferred somehow😊.
This is the 8th bottle of Nigorinpic. This time it's Fudo, which I wanted to try once 🍶.
It's quite cloudy. I was very nervous at the first contact with it.
This one is much easier to drink than it looks, with an alcohol content of 18%, and you don't even feel it. ☺️ The aroma is uncharacteristic, with a little sweetness and a strong sense of umami and sourness, and a good amount of chirpiness, which goes well with duck and beef, and has a deep flavor 😄.
By the way, this is the last sake of February 🍶. It will soon be 2 years since I started Sake-no-wa, and the second year I drank 80 bottles in terms of Yong-bottles. 63 bottles in the first year, so the number of bottles per month has increased 😅I'll aim for 70 bottles in the third year.
Good morning, studying 😃.
Congrats on your first Fudo 🎉 ㊗️
We were at a pace of 12 per month when we went from 500 to 600 CI 🤗because we're two horsepower 😅I'd say about 72 per year for one of us 🤔.
Hi Jay & Nobby😃With two horsepower, you can drink a lot at home 🙂↔️ I envy you😊 It still seems like 70 bottles is a good guideline. Thanks for letting us know.
Look at the austere label.
Aroma is fresh, rummy and light.
Light on the palate, with a spicy crispness of alcohol.
The freshness stands out, but it is not dry,
It is not dry, but has a moderate richness of rice.
It is a good type of sake that makes a good aperitif.
Taste level ☆ 3.5/5
It has been a while since we have had a vigorous oriole!
Automatic stirring after opening the bottle. It was poured into a glass and was very crisp.
The label is pink and spring-like, which is good.
It has a lot of sharpness and is delicious.
The aroma is slightly pear-like and fresh.
It is quite cloudy.
The texture is more silky and clear than it looks.
It is fruity with a bitter sourness like Greffles.
There is a hint of amazake-like rice flavor in the aftertaste.
Nice match with bouillabaisse.

Shupon when opened
Moderate gassiness
Slightly melon and banana-like top notes
The same fruity aroma as on the top, moist sweetness and full rice flavor, spreading with soft acidity and a touch of gassiness, and finishing with a slight bitterness and alcohol spiciness.
The aroma is soft and slightly sweet and umami, and the overall impression is mild, making it a good match with meals, but also delicious on its own.
About 3 days after the bottle is opened, the aroma of koji (malted rice) comes out and it becomes mellow.
It goes well with "Solo no Gourmet", a Japanese food show, stir-fried pork belly and green onion with salt and leeks, and leek namul.
This is the second bottle of Uchi drinking.
We had a bottle of Fudo Unfiltered Omachi Ooragarami Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo.
The aroma is very fruity and gorgeous👍.
In the mouth, juicy sweetness with a touch of lactic acidity from the orihagara flavor comes through, but the slight bubbles give it a refreshing finish.
It is delicious!
The aroma, the sweetness, and the slight effervescence, all of which are typical of Fudo 👍.
