It is the same as Fudo's Hiyaoroshi, which is sometimes consumed as a draft sake.
The taste is juicy and firm, as is typical of Fudo, but it also has a calm taste, as is typical of hiyaoroshi.
Unlike the nama-shu, the taste does not decline even after about a week after opening the bottle.
