Now for the real food! 🙏🙏. The side dish was of course the chutoro (medium fatty tuna)! & sea bream! It's a very nice dish!
I'd like to say it's junmai super dry, but it's not that dry! I'd like to say it is, but it's not that dry 😕. It is definitely dry, but there is a gentle sweetness to it...I guess you could call it a S.A.G.A. character.
It is definitely a food sake, but I would like to try it with grilled fish 😊. How about grilled saury in the coming season? Oily fish, salty taste...so I think her gentle dry taste...would go well with it 😆😆😆.
Believe it or not...it's up to you. LOL!
