This is a very dry Junmai sake without piquancy. It is said that flower yeast is used. The aroma is somewhat gorgeous. The taste is also a little fruity or fluffy essence added to a very dry Junmai sake. If I had to choose a sake without the piquancy of Saga, I would prefer Manrei. This sake is also good as a food sake that you will never get tired of drinking.
