It caught my eye and I bought it because the label seemed to put a lot of thought into the use of No. 10 yeast. When I drank it, it did indeed have a pineapple taste, but I personally think it was a white wine. It is the type of wine that tastes even better when drunk very cold.

Today, I procured this at "Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito". This is Mizu-fu boast, Ogawa yeast. See you later! A gas and lactic acid aroma! Sweet, but not too assertively sweet! The fizzy feeling of residual gas enhances the flavor. I will buy it again! thanks Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito

Time is almost up. Here is the last pair! Mizufujumo No.10 Junmai Daiginjo (pink label) Unfiltered Harajuku This is a brand new to me! They also have pink, gold and blue! My favorite number is 10 The number that Shuji (Eiji) Kato of the Hankyu Braves used to wear. I was allowed to wear this number when I was in college. I had no luck with No. 10 yeast. Light and fruity I hope to see gold and blue again somewhere! There are still many things I am interested in! 私自身の飲み比べのためのチャート図です。それは違うぞ! とのご指摘もあるかと思います。ご教授いただくと幸いです。 (私が飲んでみての感想) 初めて飲む酒です。同日に飲んだ太平山ほど吟醸香プンプンではないが、フルーティーな味わいです。余韻に雑味が残る感じでしたが旨い酒です。10号酵母発祥蔵の明利酒類が放つ、限定流通銘柄「水府自慢」。酸の生成が少なく軽快な味わいが特長の10号(明利小川酵母)の個性を生かし、メロンを思わせる爽やかでフレッシュな香りと軽やかな甘味と酸 味のバランスを見事なまでに表現しています。一度火入れの原酒でアルコール度は16度。全く障りのないサラリとした飲み口であり、さらに微発泡で軽やかに弾けるような酒質ですので、ついつい飲み進んでしまいそうです。 ■製 造 者:明利酒類(株) / 茨城県水戸市 ■品 目:日本酒 ■分 類:純米大吟醸酒/原酒 ■使 用 米:五百万石 ■精米歩合:50% ■酵 母:10号酵母(明利小川酵母) ■アルコール度数:16% ■日本酒度:−1.0 ■酸 度:1.8 ■アミノ酸度:1.0
