Suifujiman純米吟醸ひたち錦
Bonjour_kohei
Purchased at Nakamura Sake Shop in Toride, I think it was a little over 1500 yen. It is so-called hiya oroshi.
The aroma has a mildly spreading atmosphere, with a surprisingly sour, apricot-like feeling in the background.
The texture is a bit mellow and dry, but the sweetness of the rice spreads through the palate.
The aroma and flavor are mild, but the sweet impression on the palate gives it a nice flavor profile, making it a good match for autumnal flavors. (In fact, it went very well with grilled swordfish).
The acidity was also mild and tasty... To be honest, I wish Meiri Sake Brewery would promote Suifu Boast more, not Vice Shogun or something.
