(*´~*)🍶🍶🍶🍶´- I got Kurobe Pincer from Hayashi Sake Brewery in Toyama Prefecture 😀. I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

Toyama Trip Day 3 🚄. Unazuki Onsen ♨️ The third "Nipon Sake Shop" 🍶. I look forward to Toyama hiyaoroshi every year 😊. I chose Kurobe Gorge this year as well 😆. This year may be different from previous years⁉️. The aroma is sweet and rummy. The taste is less fruity and sweeter and calmer than usual 🤔. Sweet and calm 🤔. Surprisingly, there is no alcohol taste. It is easy to drink and the 270ml is gone in no time. It will be gone soon!

Toyama Ekichu BAR Hokuriku Summer Sake Festival 2025⑥ Kurobe Gorge Summer Nigori Sake Ginjo-shu Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%. I had imagined it to be more fruity, but unlike winter sake, summer sake is dry. It seems to go well with sashimi.

Sake series bought in Toyama #2 This is the brand recommended to me when I mentioned that I like sake that is light and not too peculiar. I was told that not only this sake, but many of the sake in Toyama are light and have no peculiar taste, which is a tendency of the Noto Toji brewery. In fact, this sake is also light and umami-guchi, with no dryness. It has a delicious aftertaste with a sweetness that disappears easily. Toyama, I think I'm going to be addicted to it.

National Sake Fair 2025(´) Toyama Prefecture booth I was curious about the name Kurobe Gorge because of its charm. It's a honjozo sake with quite an impact and refreshing mellowness too! I had a few drinks at the Ishikawa booth, but I was too busy talking to take pictures! I bought a bottle of "my sake" here! I was also asked to try a sake from Yamagata that had something to do with barrels! It was nice to see the crowd getting more free-spirited and free-spirited!
