I was curious about the name Kurobe Gorge because of its charm.
It's a honjozo sake with quite an impact and refreshing mellowness too!
I had a few drinks at the Ishikawa booth, but I was too busy talking to take pictures!
I bought a bottle of "my sake" here!
I was also asked to try a sake from Yamagata that had something to do with barrels!
It was nice to see the crowd getting more free-spirited and free-spirited!
The sweet entry and
sharpness comes from its timing.

It is a sake that has the character of Japanese sake.
It's a very pleasant sake.

I've had Hayashi before, but this is my first time to drink Kurobe Gorge.
Slightly sparkling, sweet and delicious!
It doesn't have any alsobe feeling. But I wonder if this lightness is only possible with alsodé 🤔.

Since I stepped on the 1200 Kiri number ✅ with a Jyushiyo, I will start 1201 with a Toyama sake. ▶️
I dropped by a local liquor store for the first time in a very long time. In the evening, just before 6pm, I said hello and my dad came out from the back and was already drinking 😆.
He and his wife enjoy drinking together, they have the same hobbies and work, and they seem to be having fun 😄.
Well, I decided to have a drink.
Hayashi is very popular these days, but Kurobekyo's raw sake is fruity and consistently delicious 😋.

The second drink. The side dishes are wakatake mushroom stew and shiraebi tempura. They have a strong flavor and go well with each other too! Thank you very much!
