The label doesn't give the impression of summer, but it is a little sweet and fruity, yet refreshing. It's hot and easy to drink, which is perfect for summer!

The moment I opened the aluminum cap, the cork flew off the bottle 😳.

Rafa-san presented Yamashiroya at the end of the Kita-Osaka liquor store tour. He showed us around and even gave us a souvenir 😭.
This Yamashiroya has a cute pink bottle, but it is a dry nigori sake.
I love the gap between the outside and the inside 💕.
The first sip has a nice citrusy fresh aroma and a bit of acidity. It's not clingy, and the mouth is filled with the delicious taste and swish of rice: ❤️
The aftertaste is slightly bitter and clean and crisp. This is so good 😋💕

Unfinished sake on the back of the bottle, finished with a meal. So I served it with shirasu and edamame ajillo, grilled miso, and Nara pickles with cream cheese. Well, they all go well together, no doubt. Since it is dry, I think it would also be delicious with sashimi or tempura👍.

I had had a bottle of Yamashiroya in Tomakomai in the past!
I felt it was quite a strong and punchy sake!
The acidity is typical of a sake brewed in a traditional sake brewery.
It was like lemon water.
It was dry like drunken whale.

Lychee-like aroma. It has a freshness with just a hint of gas. The rice flavor and citrus taste are well pronounced, and the aftertaste is clean and delicious. There is almost no nigori (nigorigo).
The third drink was Tadashi.
I drank this before, so I omit my impression.
The aroma of koji is good!
By the way, I'm feeling pretty good after drinking this much 🤣.
