I drank a lot at the year-end party yesterday, and I don't remember the last part of the party, but I will record as much as I can remember 😊.
We enjoyed seafood at a primal grill restaurant and the sake was a lineup I didn't know existed ✨.
The flavor was delicious and beautiful 🥰It was a very nice sake with a refreshing aftertaste, suitable for a meal 🍶.
Good evening, ichiro18!
Thank you for the year-end party yesterday 🎵.
Jozora, I don't really have an image of the sake, but it's a sake I'd like to try ⤴️
It's a beautiful and tasty food wine 🤤It seems to go well with seafood 😋.
Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
Thank you very much 😊
I also drank it for the first time and thought it was beautiful and easy to drink 🥰It was delicious with seafood ✨.
I was so excited that I bought one when I stopped by the Hachishoku Center on my trip to Aomori.
I would have loved to enjoy it with the Hachishoku Center's Hamayaki, but I had it on the Shinkansen with the sashimi I had purchased 🚄.
The smooth and soft texture and flavor go very well with Aomori sashimi (tuna, etc.) that is well oiled 🤤.
I want to explore more Aomori sake 🥹!
Souvenirs of three kinds of Aomori local sake
An extra bottle of sake, as two or three bottles are the same for sending a bottle of sake by cool delivery.
It has a mellow flavor, and I wonder if it goes better at room temperature. Either way, delicious 😋.
I bought this on a business trip to Hachinohe.
Apparently Jozu is a sake made with rice grown by Hachinohe Institute of Technology and Shimamori area citizens.
It's refreshing and easy to drink.
Delicious!
I'm drinking it with a side of salmon and rice.
It's a great combination and I'm happy!
This salmon and tofu is very hard to find...
Oh man 😲.
I have a bit of a traffic jam of drinks I want to upload.
I'm in a huge traffic jam of drinks I want to upload, but I'll write about my most recent one before I forget.
I'll write about it before I forget: ✍️💦
(I haven't even finished my summer trip yet, and my drinking frequency is only increasing 😭)
Lately, I've been really into illustrated one-cup drinks 🤣.
I've been into illustrated one-cup drinks 🤣.
I was thinking that I'm going to start collecting these 🤣.
I was thinking I'm going to get into the habit of collecting them 🤣.
I bought it at an antenna store 😍.
They always surprise me with these kinds of things...isn't that cheating? Too swampy❤️
The cup has "Onko-chan", "Baorukun" and "Mirai-chan", the local characters of Goto-cho, Aomori Prefecture, printed on it!
So cute!
Rice used: Aomori rice
Rice polishing ratio: 70
Alcohol Content:15
Sake degree: +4.0

The acidity is not so strong!
Sweetness is felt but not too strong.
Because it was cold, I drank it in one gulp.
I drank it in one gulp!
Another one with a cute retro feel!
The madam next to me was still drinking the Sekinoi!
I was about to don't like it! I was about to donwrinkled, so I took it home with me ❤️ lol
A woman on her way home from a business trip drinking one cup by herself
It's pretty bad when you put it in words. ☺️ lol
