Ibigawa!
We received this from kino.✨
Thank you kino. for everything 🙇♂️
First of all, cold sake!
Sweet and delicious!
Alcoholic taste like Honjozo!
Then hot sake
The alcoholic taste is mellowed.
And the sweetness and umami are amplified.
It's so good! ❣️
With yellowtail sashimi from Harunobu in Niigata!
It went really well together 😋.
Good evening, Mr. Sieg Jikon!
The fire-brewed Imi is quite tasty too 😋.
It was also a Good sake that can be heated👍.
A lot of yellowtail sashimi looks good too 🤤🐟.
Good morning, kino.😃
Ibigawa, we enjoyed it 😋.
Thank you very much 🙇♂️
The yellowtail sashimi was so delicious and perfect for Ibigawa that you would not believe you can have such a delicious dish in a sea-less prefecture ✨.
That rebar bar!
Ibigawa is one of the three rivers of Kiso in Gifu!
Ibi uses water from the Ibigawa River 🏞!
This is a fire-opened bottle of local sake!
Next is Junmai sake!
This one is more sweet and refreshing 😋.
I decided not to warm up the sake😅.
It's easy to drink though,
I'd still rather drink nama sake if I'm going to drink this 😆.
I want to drink it, but I'll hold out until the next Kiribi 😖.
Good morning, kino.
Ibigawa has a very humble image among the three Kiso rivers, but I would like to try it because it is a local brand of that Sugihara brewery: ❗️
Good morning, Haruei Chichi!
I used to play on a tributary of the Ibigawa River when I was a kid, so I'm most familiar with it😊.
This brand is surprisingly available outside of breweries👍

First up is the Honjozo!
When served cold, it is slightly sweet but has a refreshing taste 😋.
When heated up, the sweetness spreads out, but it is not sticky and easy to drink too.
This is probably the only sake from Imi that can be heated 👍.
Good morning, Manachie-san!
When 10-FEET performs in Gifu, they sing the name of Gifu's rivers, but they don't sing Ibi River though Nagara River and Kiso River are there😭.
The next one was Ibigawa from Sugihara Sake Brewery in Gifu Prefecture, which is famous for its Imi sake 😀 I didn't know about it at first and asked the shop owner about it.
At first, I didn't know about it and asked the store owner about it, who told me it was made by the same brewer as Imi, so I ordered it right away 😀 It was delicious 😀.
It was delicious 😀.
It was delicious 😀 It's from the same brewery, after all 😀.
It brought back the same emotions as the first time I drank Imi 😀.
It's fruity, but it's too good to be called just fruity 😀.
It's hard to see even if I write a long sentence because of the minor change of Sakewa, so I'll record it briefly from now on_(:3」∠)_.
This is the second bottle I got from kino. The real life special pure 🥰.
The first day, it had a punchy taste, but after a few days, it became mellow and gently sweet. Maybe because it is Junmai, the aftertaste is also moist. ☺️
Chiyonohana and Ibigawa are both delicious 🤗.
Ibigawa's Special Honjozo and Special Junmai - with Imi's front cover
I finally opened the bottle that was given to me by Mr. kino.\\³/³/
Let's start with the Honjozo first!
The aroma is clear and dry with a hint of alcohol and strawberry at the back. The color is slightly lemon.
The quality of the sake is soft, yet it is an interesting sake with a strong sharpness.
The taste is sweet and gentle on the tongue, but from the upper jaw to the throat, the alcohol is dry and strong in attack, which is a strange feeling 😮.
At odd temperatures, it can be sloppy or clumsy, so chill it well to drink it well 😚.
Good evening, Rigel!
Not the Mahjong club, but this one 🤣.
Ibigawa is not yet widely known as Imi, so if you want to buy it, now is a good time👍.
The brewery also told us to drink it cold as they only make sweet sake 😊.
Good evening, kino.🤗
I wouldn't honestly post about Nagoya 🤣.
The special honjozo rounded out and became sweeter on the second day.
It will be empty by the end of the day 🙄.
Junmai Sake Feels old-fashioned on the palate, but leaves a slightly fruity feel on the tongue and aftertaste
Honjozo: Punchy, but with a rounded sweetness throughout.
My uncle gave this to me as a birthday gift.
The smallest sake brewery in Japan, it seems he saw that I was so pleased with the sake I drank when I returned home at the end of the year because it was so delicious that he arranged for it to be from the same brewery. For tonight's enjoyment!
I really wanted to buy the shot beauty, but I couldn't afford the stones.
It is light. It seems to become a little rounded as the temperature rises. The aroma is moderate.
The price of 1200 yen is very reasonable.
The smallest sake brewery in Japan. We enjoy it very much. The sake is good, but this one is good too, with a flavor that you will never get tired of. I prefer it at room temperature, where you can taste the sweetness.
