Ibigawa's Special Honjozo and Special Junmai - with Imi's front cover
I finally opened the bottle that was given to me by Mr. kino.\\³/³/
Let's start with the Honjozo first!
The aroma is clear and dry with a hint of alcohol and strawberry at the back. The color is slightly lemon.
The quality of the sake is soft, yet it is an interesting sake with a strong sharpness.
The taste is sweet and gentle on the tongue, but from the upper jaw to the throat, the alcohol is dry and strong in attack, which is a strange feeling 😮.
At odd temperatures, it can be sloppy or clumsy, so chill it well to drink it well 😚.

Good evening, Rigel!
Not the Mahjong club, but this one 🤣.
Ibigawa is not yet widely known as Imi, so if you want to buy it, now is a good time👍.
The brewery also told us to drink it cold as they only make sweet sake 😊.

Good evening, kino.🤗
I wouldn't honestly post about Nagoya 🤣.
The special honjozo rounded out and became sweeter on the second day.
It will be empty by the end of the day 🙄.
